Dr. Samir Dave, a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Bombay University, under the able guidance of Padma Vibhushan, Dr. A. V. Ramarao, Chairman, AVRA Laboratories LTD. He has wide experience in organic synthesis, research and process development with over 20 years of extensive proficiency in the industry of pesticides. Currently he heads the R&D and production activities of the group.
Dr. Samir Dave has been instrumental in introducing various new molecules in last decade. He is also founder Director of AgroCare a Global Agrochemical Association registered at Belgium. Also a Board Member of "Agriculture Skill Council of India" (Govt. of India.)
Mr. Ashit Dave is a commerce graduate and has completed MEP program from prestigious IIM- Ahmedabad. Mr. Ashit Dave is a Business Executive having managerial aptitude in finance, legal and business acumen of Agrochemicals Industry. His leadership ability paved way for enhancement of exports to various unchartered countries.
His role is worth appreciable as a leader of the management team as well of executor, inachieving overall performance of the company to maintain its competitive position in the market both in terms of revenues and profits.
Mr. Jitendra N Shah, has long and rich experience of 39 years with AIMCO and has been at the helm of various functions during his long career.
He has wide experience in various areas of Operations, Manufacturing, Statutory requirements , and possesses excellent analytical skills. He currently heads Domestic Marketing focusing on Brand Sales.
He has a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Mumbai University .
Mrs Elizabeth Shrivastava has a Masters degree in Biochemistry and has been at the helm of the company.
She oversees the leadership team of AIMCO, has been passionately driving continuous organizational growth and improvement with her dynamic leadership, sound strategic insights and outstanding people management skills.
Blessed with the ability to look into the minutest details, Mrs.Shrivastava has set challenging cross-functional aspirations for the company. She is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company, leads many of the functions including International Business and has been responsible in the execution of several projects of the group.
He is a graduate in Chemistry and has more than Four decades of experience in the pesticides Industry. He is on the governing body of the Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology (IPFT), established by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers under UNIDO.
He is also the President of the Pesticides Manufacturers & Formulators Association of India (PMFAI), which is the largest Indian Pesticides Association, representing more than 300 companies from all over the India. He is born visionary with commitment to bring real change.
