Ben joined the AIM Group in 2019 as analyst for the U.K. He has over 10 years' experience as a business journalist. Switching careers from accountancy to journalism in 2008 proved a good move as his background got him work at Yahoo Finance UK when the credit crunch gave financial news a higher priority. He later became editor of a small financial website, and in 2014, after a short spell at a news agency covering stories for the UK national newspapers, he went freelance and has since worked freelance for This Is Money, MoneySavingExpert.com and WhatHouse and writes for a range of companies, business start-ups and financial institutions.

Jim is a career journalist, consultant and interactive media pioneer with more than 35 years of experience in news management. Jim joined the AIM Group in 2001 as an analyst and consultant and became a part-owner in 2003. Until 2018, he served as editorial director and headed our global team of analysts. He spent more than 20 years with the Houston Chronicle in various capacities, including as an editor and editorial art director. A principal of the AIM Group, he is based in Houston.

Jonathan is a principal of the company. He has served as CEO, COO and Commercial Director of a wide range of online media and software companies. He was CEO of Fish4, a British classified service owned by five large U.K. newspaper companies. He led the business for six years from startup. He also launched a hybrid radio and online recruitment service; ran a home-moving business focused on lead generation and sale of home-moving trigger data, and relaunched a multi-vertical online recruitment business. Jonathan began his career at Arthur D. Little and is an experienced media and marketplaces industries consultant. He has held significant roles at the BBC, Bauer Media, MoveMe.com and AOL-Europe. Katja, AIM Group's managing director and principal, is a trained journalist and business trend scout. She has worked extensively with online services and media companies to shape their futures. She joined the AIM Group in 2002, became our European director in 2007 and MD in 2015. She built AIM's business in EMEA.
Katja helped found the first internet organization owned by and for German newspapers, MBT Online KG, in 1996. She left to start her own consulting business in 1998 and kept working closely with media associations in Germany and throughout Europe. She has written several books and major reports about digital media and speaks frequently at conferences worldwide.
She holds a bachelor's from Freie Universität Berlin and a master's degree from Ludwig Maximilians University Munich. She's based in Munich at AIM Group's EMEA headquarters.

His senior operating experience includes leading the EMEA Market Growth team at TripAdvisor, and, as General Manager, leading Slando.com (now part of Avito and OLX) from launch to leading positions in Ukraine and Russia. Konstantin began his career in finance at AutoTrader(UK). He is based near Barcelona, Spain.

Léo worked for almost three years as a correspondent in Brazil with ICIS, the world's largest information provider for the global petrochemical industry, and has worked with other publishers including USA TODAY and Motorsport.com.

He started his career in classified advertising selling ads for the Record, his college newspaper, and has been involved in interactive media since the days of audiotex and fax newsletters. He has served as keynote, chair or presenter at hundreds of industry and corporate conferences. He is one of the world's leading experts on recruitment, automotive and real estate advertising. He regularly leads strategic executive workshops, oversees consulting projects and typically attends or speaks at more than a dozen conferences each year. He's responsible for AIM Group operations outside EMEA and is based near Orlando, Florida.
