Ashley Klisz

  • Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Ashley Klisz is an adult gerontological acute care nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She began her career in nursing in 2006 after graduating from Madonna University with her bachelor of science in nursing. Ashley worked as a staff nurse for more than 10 years in a neuroscience ICU before deciding to pursue an advanced degree in nursing. She attended St. Louis University where she graduated with her master of science in nursing in 2014. Ashley joined Associates in Neurology in 2018 after working as a hospitalist nurse practitioner for several years. Ashley sees patients in the hospital at Ascension Providence/Providence Park and in the AIN office in Farmington Hills.

Brielle R. Cormier

Dr. Brielle Cormier treats a variety of neurological disorders, including epilepsy, dementia, migraines, Parkinson's disease, stroke, and multiple sclerosis (MS). She has been trained in nerve conduction studies (NVC), electromyogram (EMG), electroencephalogram (EEG), and Botox.

Claren C. Jones

Jalil Shojaei

Dr. Shojaei treats a variety of neurological disorders as well as sleep disorders in adults and children, age 6 and above. In addition, he has extensive experience in nerve conduction velocity (NVC) and electromyogram (EMG) studies and electroencephalogram (EEG) interpretation. He also offers Botox treatment for migraine.

Mark B. Silverman

Dr. Mark Silverman joined Associates in Neurology in 1994. He serves on the Examining Board of the American College of Psychiatry and Neurology and is the co-director of the Ascension Providence Stroke Network. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and mentors medical students on a regular basis. Well-respected in his field, he has received Metro Detroit's "Top Docs" distinction and has extensive experience in treating patients with neurological disease and has a special interest in multiple sclerosis and stroke.

Sean Hohl

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner
Sean Hohl is a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in acute care. Sean attended Madonna University in Livonia, MI, where he obtained a bachelor's of science in nursing. He then went on to earn a master's of nursing in adult gerontology acute care at Madonna University in 2020. His experience in inpatient neurology and critical surgical intensive care makes him a great asset to the team, ensuring each patient receives personalized and compassionate care. Sean works closely with each of our providers to ensure they are supported and that each patient gets the individualized care they deserve. He is NIHSS certified and has served as a board member of the Greater Southeastern Michigan chapter of the Medical-Surgical Nurses Association.
