Dr. Ben Kable

Dr. Ben Kable grew up in Westminster, MD and attended Loyola High School in Towson. He attended Virginia Tech for his undergraduate education before moving to the Caribbean to attend the American University of Antigua. After two years, Dr. Kable transferred to Virginia Tech to complete his final two years of veterinary school at VMRCVM. In his free time, Dr. Kable enjoys blowing glass in his home shop, leisurely industrial design, woodworking, and eating Hoffman's ice cream.

Dr. Brooke Ridinger

Dr. Brooke Ridinger was raised on a dairy farm in Frederick County and graduated from Catoctin High School. She received a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2005 and earned her DVM from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. She worked in mixed animal practice for 7 years in Frederick County before becoming a field Veterinary Medical Officer for USDA APHIS Veterinary Services in 2016. In 2019, she returned to small animal private practice in Frederick County. She currently resides on a farm in Emmitsburg with her husband, Jason, their so and daughter, Dylan and Morgan, as well as their Border Collie, Beagle, barn cats, pigs, and lots of chickens. At home, she enjoys working outside in the flower beds and vegetable garden, baking, canning, various renovation projects around the farm, and campfires and smores with the kids.

Dr. Grace Kennedy

Dr. Grace Kennedy was born and raised in Carroll County, graduating from North Carroll High School. She received a degree in Animal Biotechnology and Conservation/Small Animal Science from Delaware Valley College (now University). After working for a year, she then went to St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine on the island of Grenada to get her DVM, finishing her clinical year at Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation in January 2019, she matched into a small animal rotating internship located in Bowie, Maryland. Through the internship, she gained experience in surgery, emergency medicine, internal medicine, neurology, oncology and radiology. Her particular interests are in soft tissue surgery and anesthesia/pain management. When not hard at work, she enjoys running, gardening, baking and spending time with family, including her pup, Ryley (not pictured).

Dr. Jaime Superczynski

Dr. Jaime Superczynski graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Biology in 1998. She then earned her DVM from the Virginia- Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. She was an associate in a mixed animal practice in Howard County, MD for five years prior to joining Airpark Animal Hospital in 2007. Dr. Superczynski resides in Southern Carroll County with her husband, 3 children, lab mix, and 3 horses. In her spare time she enjoys snow skiing, horseback riding, traveling, spending time with family and Virginia Tech football.

Dr. Jonathan Gibson

Dr. Jonathan Gibson was born and raised in Carroll County, having attended Westminster High school. He received an undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College and received his veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, located on the island of St. Kitts in the Caribbean. He has been practicing at Airpark Animal Hospital since 2004. In his free time, Dr. Gibson enjoys fishing, golf, and lacrosse.

Dr. Katelyn Mazzochette

. Dr. Katelyn Mazzochette grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and attended Archbishop Spalding High School in Severn, MD. She graduated with a B.S. in Biology from the University of Maryland in 2011 and obtained her DVM from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2015. She currently resides in Hampstead with her husband, Mark, and their two pets. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and devoting time to her church.

Dr. Kristin Marciszewski

Dr. Kristin Marciszewski grew up around Upperco, MD and brought her family pets to Airpark Animal Hospital. She received her B.S. in Biology at UNC Wilmington in 2014 and Masters in Laboratory Animal Science in 2016 at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She obtained her DVM degree at the Ontario Veterinary College in 2020 in Canada. After graduating veterinary school, she moved to Tampa Florida, practicing at a small animal general practice before moving back to Maryland to be closer to family. She had the opportunity to work alongside a boarded veterinary anesthesiologist in Tampa, enhancing not only skills and knowledge but also a special interest in anesthesia. Her other professional interests include cardiology, reptile medicine, and mental health in the veterinary profession. She is also passionate about making visits to the hospital less stressful for pets, especially our feline patients. Her interests outside of work include playing and writing music, musical theatre, dance, painting, and studying history. She has a cat named Henry and a 12 year old hermit crab named Juan Dixon.

Dr. Laura Owens

Dr. Laura Owens is a native of Carroll County, and graduated from Liberty High School. She received a biology degree at Villa Julie College, and attended the Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating from veterinary school in 2009, she lived in Christiansburg, Virginia for four years before moving back to Maryland to be closer to family and friends. She has experience in emergency medicine and surgery, and her professional interests include dentistry, pain management, and internal medicine. She spends her free time with her husband, Ryan, and her two sons, Chase and Luke. She also enjoys gardening and taking care of her myriad of pets.

Dr. Margaret Knoll

Dr. Margaret Knoll passed away April 14, 2012. The Airpark family is deeply saddened by the loss, and we will miss her easy smile. Dr. Knoll was very dedicated to her patients care and to educating her clients about their pets. We will greatly miss Dr. Knoll her star will be shining very brightly.
