ALTRO MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS - Key Persons
Helena studies Law at Pan-European University in Prague. She has been working in HR since 2013. She started her professional career in a pharmaceutical company at business position, where she worked her way up to a manager position with HR and recruitment overlap. She gained her experience with a whole spectre of HR in an international company that provides high quality management for automotive and aerospace industry and agency employment. In ALTRO Management Consultants, she is responsible for Recruitment/Executive Search projects.
Aneta graduated in Marketing communication at the University of Finance and Administration in Prague. She began her professional career in the media house as a Corporate promotion specialist and gradually developed into Sales manager. Thanks to this shift, she was able to supplement her knowledge of online marketing and business with the basics of human resources and recruitment. After the maternity leave she decided to focus more on HR and these days in Altro Management Consultants she is responsisble for Recruitment/Executive search projects. She speaks English.

Kristýna graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences. In ALTRO Management Consultants she works as an administrative support for consultants and she is involved in Executive Search projects. She speaks English.
Mgr. Ladislava Fialová is an executive and founder of ALTRO Management Consultants. She has been actively working in recruitment for 25 years. She studied psychology at FP CU in Prague. She started her career in an international company FMCG as a specialist in human resources. She also worked as a consultant and senior consultant in two international personal consulting companies. She is an active mentor, she engages in a wide number of communities and associations (Czech Management Association, Czech-Moravian Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Managers, Business & Professional Women CZ, Czech Business Club, Czech Chamber of Commerce). She speaks German and English.
