From 1983 to 1993, Mr Antoine owned and operated AMS Answering Service to provide "alarm monitoring services", "live answering services", "paging and mobile phone services" to doctors, lawyers, contractors, power companies and telephone companies. During the mid 1980's, Mr Antoine realized his corporation was losing valuable time and money by manually typing monthly billing statements to clients... Computers were new. At first, only government agencies and large corporations like GM and Ford Motor Company could afford computers. In 1985, Mr Antoine bought a computer, took a crash course and solved his monthly billing problems... Clients receiving new computerized billing statements began calling to ask for help to solve their accounting needs.
