Bill Lehn

Bill joined Argus in 1999 and is responsible for the IT infrastructure, programming and websites at the company. Prior to joining Argus, Bill developed and managed multi-specialty and multi-location physician groups. He received a BA degree in Economic & Business Administration from SUNY at Stony Brook. He then continued graduate studies in Industrial Management & Computer Science at Stony Brook, and attended the Wharton School Healthcare Business Management Program.

Chris Graja

Chris covers the Consumer sector for Argus. He was the #1 Stock Picker in the Household Durables sector, winning the 2019 StarMine U.S. Analyst award from Refinitiv. He was the #1 Stock Picker in Food and Staples Retailing, winning back-to-back U.S. Analyst Awards in 2015 and 2016. He received a prestigious Volunteer of the Year award from the New York Society of Security Analysts in 2000. Prior to Argus, Chris spent 16 years at Bloomberg Financial Markets. He was the Director of Training and a Senior Researcher for Bloomberg's research division before joining the new Bloomberg magazine as Technical Studies Editor in 1993. He rose to Executive Markets Editor of the publishing group. Chris co-authored the book "Investing in Small-Cap Stocks," which was published in three U.S. editions, an audio book, and two Chinese editions. Chris earned an MBA from Rutgers University. He is a CFA charterholder.

Darrell Stone

Darrell is focused on sales and relationship management of Argus' proprietary platform of industry leading equity research and market analysis/commentary. He also represents Vickers Stock Research insider and institutional holdings data in channels including investment banks, corporates, asset managers and other intermediaries. Darrell brings over 25 years of experience in the Financial Information Services and Corporate Investor Relations space. He served as an Account Executive at Moody's Investors Service and later as Director, overseeing their Corporate Visibility business. Serving at Standard & Poor's / S&P Capital IQ for over 19 years, he similarly worked with asset managers, investment banks, stock exchanges and individual corporates as Director of Sales & Business Development, overseeing their Investor Relations and Equity Coverage business for corporates, ADR's and closed-end funds. He holds a B.S. in Business Systems from Taylor University.

David E. Coleman

Prior to joining Argus, David worked in a variety of industries, ranging from industrial engineering to commercial fishing. David is the great-grandson of Harold B. Dorsey, who founded Argus in 1934. Prior to his financial career, David was a private practice attorney in New Jersey, and served as a Judicial Clerk for an Appellate Division judge in the New Jersey Superior Court. Fern joined Argus Research in 1986 shortly after obtaining her B. S. from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She became a member of the board of directors in 1989. Fern started her career at Argus Research in Argus' sales department, becoming director of sales for Argus Research Group in 1990. In 1991, she became vice president & treasurer of Argus Research Group, and in1994 she was named president of Vickers Stock Research Corporation. Fern is the granddaughter of Harold B. Dorsey, who founded Argus in 1934.

Kevin is the Chief Compliance Officer for the Argus Research Group. His responsibilities include ensuring that the firm is SEC compliant and adheres to all rules and regulations. He has over thirty years of Wall Street experience with both large investment banks and regional dealers most recently with a hedge fund Sandler Capital Management. He will also provide research coverage for select financial institutions under coverage at Argus Research Company. Kevin graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Economics and maintains the Series 65 registration.

Kristina Ruggeri

Kristina began working with Argus Research in 2019. She is responsible for covering selected Consumer Discretionary and Consumer Staples Stocks and has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Kristina began her career at Price Waterhouse where she audited asset managers, broker dealers, and banks. Later she joined J.P. Morgan as a financial analyst. In 1994, Kristina joined Bankers Trust Company where she managed the daily operations of several equity derivative funds and later implemented tools to mitigate risk and improve workflow processes. Prior to working with Argus, Kristina was a Senior Director at S&P Global where she led key competitive intelligence and market research initiatives and executed programs to better understand client needs. Kristina earned a BS in Accounting and a minor in Spanish from Bucknell University. She holds an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant. Kristina is also a certified teacher in the State of New Jersey and devotes time to working with elementary and middle school-aged students.

Mark Arbeter

Mark Arbeter is responsible for commentary on Argus Market Movers, which provides technical analysis on a range of asset classes and stock picks, and the Argus Weekly Options Watch report, which provides insightful commentary on short-term market trends, put/call ratios, volume and volatility, as well as an options trade of the week determined using technical trading criteria. As a Chartered Market Technician or CMT, Mark uses momentum analysis, market internal analysis, market sentiment, sector analysis and key intermarket relationships in his research and commentary. Prior to Argus, Mark was the Chief Technical Strategist for S&P Equity Research. Mark has a BBA in Finance and Economics from Temple University, and an MBA in Finance and Economics from Rider University.

Randall Schut

Randy joined Argus Research as Senior Director of Business Development in April 2016. He has over 24 years of experience in the investment and financial industry. He was also with MFS Investment Management for 13 years where he was a Regional Vice President of Sales. Randy holds a Bachelor's degree from Multnomah University.

Richard Ciuba

Richard joined Argus Research Company in 2013 and has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Richard graduated from Drexel University in 1989 with a B.S. in Finance and Economics. Since 1998, Richard has advised individual and institutional investors on the management of their wealth. His early work included serving as Senior Director at Dow Jones & Company with responsibility for commercializing its long-standing indexes such as the Dow Jones Industrial Average. His responsibilities included product development and business promotion and sales of the Dow Jones Index family to the investment community throughout the U.S., Canada and Latin America. He focused on product development and implementation of new index ideas to be used as the basis of exchange-traded funds and derivatives, as well as structured, insurance and other financial products. Richard also served as President and Chief Compliance Officer for Dow Jones Broker/Dealer Services and was instrumental in facilitating the creation of Javelin Investment Management LLC and the Javelin Exchange Traded Shares (JETS) ETFs. He has extensive experience working with management teams on equity and commodity based investment strategies, and has developed numerous proprietary indexes that currently serve as the basis of successful ETF and derivative products. Richard is married, with a son and a daughter, and enjoys hiking, biking, skiing and golf, and is very active in the community.

Richard has worked for Argus in various capacities since he joined the firm in 1987. His responsibilities were first related to data collection for the production department at Argus, and then grew to include work on the development of Argus' electronic products and distribution as well in the Argus editorial department. Now overseeing all aspects of Argus' operational needs for both client/product issues as well as facilities requirements, Richard also serves on Argus' board.

Sharon D. Wagoner - Chairman

Sharon is chairman of Argus Investors' Counsel, and holds several executive positions on the board of directors of Argus Research Group. She also has portfolio management responsibilities and brings expertise from her years as an analyst of the pharmaceutical and entertainment industries. Part of the third generation of management, Sharon is a granddaughter of Harold B. Dorsey, who founded Argus in 1934. Prior to joining Argus, Sharon served as an officer and analyst at John S. Herold Inc., where she co-authored a monthly investment research publication. She contributes a legal and compliance perspective to the firm, having served as a partner in the law firm of Tyre and Smith before joining Argus. Sharon holds a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and a J.D. from Fordham Law School. She was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honorary Law Fraternity.
