The primary focus is education, pro-active action, and utilization of coaching techniques to facilitate behavioral shifts. Body Basics is an organization that is committed to the optimal wellness of the individual and the world. Body Basics Absolute Wellness embraces sustainability at three important levels. Social, Environmental and Economic levels. Sustainability at the social level involves participation in the health and wellness sustainability program of the Shea nut collectors in partnership with the Global Shea Alliance. Additionally, we support the efforts of the Global Shea Alliance in the preservation and improved farming methods of the Shea trees. We also are networking with the trade and Impact organization to have a positive impact on women led social enterprises via business development and management.
