Charlotte joined the Bollman team in 2004 as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, North America and Europe, for Bollman's Helen Kaminski Brand.
Charlotte was promoted to Executive Vice President of Global Sales for Bollman brands in May of 2020.
She has spent her career working for luxury brands overseeing retailing and wholesaling. Prior to joining to Bollman, Charlotte led sales, and marketing for the Richemont brand, Alfred Dunhill, in North America and was a member of the strategic planning committee for the global brand.
Charlotte was raised in the Midwest where she attended Stephen's College and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and Marketing. She has lived her adult life in Connecticut where she resides with her husband Mike. She is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys tennis, skiing and sea kayaking.
Dave is a native of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and graduated from McCaskey High School in 1984. In 1988 Dave graduated cum laude from Millersville University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a concentration in accounting. Upon graduating from College Dave joined KPMG Peat Marwick and received his CPA.
In a public accounting career of 13 years, Dave progressed to the position of senior manager in the assurance and business advisory practice before joining his former client Bollman Hat Company. Dave joined Bollman in 2001 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Dave's primary responsibilities include overseeing the global financial, information technology and customer experience functions of the Company.
Dave and his wife are the proud parents of two sons. Dave enjoys spending time with his family exploring the great outdoors.
Don joined Bollman in 1982 as Controller and has served in several roles including Corporate Secretary, Vice President of Finance and Operations, Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Don was named President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman on July 1, 2002. He has served on the executive committee from the age of 26.
Don grew up in Philadelphia and attended LaSalle College High School and LaSalle University. He became President of Student Government in both schools. He was awarded a Bachelor's Degree in management and accounting from LaSalle in 1979 and obtained his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1981. Prior to joining Bollman, Don was as a Senior Auditor with KPMG in Philadelphia.
Don is the founder of American Made Matters and is passionate about manufacturing in the U.S.A.
Don and his wife, Maryellen Kueny, have been married since 1976. They have four sons and two grandsons. They are loyal fans of all Philadelphia sports teams and enjoy music and outdoor activities.
Heather McNicholl Integrator Heather brings over thirty years of career advancement in retailing, quality assurance, merchandising, sales and marketing. She most recently served as General Manager of COCOOIL, an Australian luxury skincare brand. Heather has been described as "a phenomenal leader who is a problem solver and gets things done". Heather's retail career has spanned specialty, media, e-commerce and start-ups. She served on the leadership team at QVC in Sales, Marketing, & Operations and drove the reinvention of QVC from a single-channel TV shopping company into a leading multi-channel retailer offering an immersive shopping experience to an expanding customer base. Her passion is building high performing teams and reinventing businesses by developing and implementing marketing, people, technology, financial and operation strategies to drive revenue and profitability and deliver the optimum customer experience. Heather was raised and resides in the Philadelphia area where she attended the University of Delaware and received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Heather and her husband, Sean are the proud parents of a son and a daughter. They share a love of travel, especially visiting friends and families in Ireland in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Todd comes to Bollman with over thirty years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and operations planning. Todd's recent career experiences include being Executive Vice President of Operations at Elite Sportswear in Reading, PA where he managed global manufacturing, strategic sourcing, supply chain, sales & operations planning, and production graphics operations for performance sportswear. Previously Todd worked at Wilton Brands as Executive Vice President of Operations, and for Newell Rubbermaid as Director of Global Sourcing and Demand Planning/Inventory Management before becoming Vice President of Global Supply Chain of Newell Rubbermaid's Goody division.
Todd graduated from University of Nebraska-Kearney with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration. Todd currently lives in Sinking Springs with his wife Lynn of 34 years. Todd has two children, Christopher, and Chelsie, and 9 grandchildren which he and Lynn enjoy spending as much time with as possible.
