Brian J. Pease

Dr. Brian Pease is a 1986 graduate of the University of Indianapolis Krannert School of Physical Therapy, and a recipient of a Doctor of Health Sciences degree in 2001. His doctoral research on patients with stiff and painful shoulders received the Award for Excellence in Post-Professional Research from the Krannert School of Physical Therapy in 2001. He was also a cofounder of Body One Physical Therapy in 2002, developing a unique, therapist-owned, private practice. Dr. Pease has over 25 years of clinical experience treating patients of all ages who have experienced joint and muscle pain. He was first board certified as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 1996, and re-certified in 2007. Dr. Pease remains active in post-professional teaching, and is sought after for professional workshops and seminars on physical therapy care for the shoulder. He has traveled across the country as far as South Korea to provide continuing professional education on the treatment of patients with shoulder, knee and foot and ankle problems to peers. Since 2005, he has been involved with the development and implementation of a nine month post-professional residency program for the advanced training of physical therapists in conjunction with the University of Indianapolis. Currently, Dr. Pease cares for patients at the Zionsville and Fishers locations. He treats patients of all ages with an array of musculoskeletal pain. His treatment focus is on patient education, therapeutic exercise and hands-on manual therapy. Dr. Pease has professional relationships with and accepts referrals from a large group of excellent physicians.

Chelsea A. Savage

Chelsea is an adjunct faculty member with the University of Indianapolis and a guest lecturer for the IU DPT program. She is also a faculty member for the Orthopedic Residency Program administered by Body One Physical Therapy and UIndy.

Dr. Dakota Sneed

Job Titles:

Body One PT Resident, Dr. Dakota Sneed, graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Arts in Science, Technology, and Society; he was also a student athlete, playing offensive line on the Butler football team. Experiencing his own sports injuries and rehabilitation sparked his interest in Physical Therapy. Dr. Sneed's clinical experience included a wide variety of both athletes and orthopedic conditions. He is pursuing continuing education with not just Body One's Residency program, but by being a member of both APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) and the American Academy of Sport PT. When not helping patients, Dr. Sneed enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Jessica Bailey

Dr. Jessica Bailey received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University and graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. During her time at the University of Indianapolis, Jessica led a team of fellow students who provided care at the Student Outreach Clinic, a free student-led clinic that strives to provide holistic health care services to the underserved population on the Near East Side of Indy. She has had experience with a general orthopedic population and enjoys a special focus on treating patients with lower extremity amputations. Outside of the clinic, Jessica enjoys playing with her dog Gino, hiking, baking sweet treats, and spending time with friends and family. She is also an avid runner, maintaining a streak of running at least one mile per day consecutively for over two years and counting!

Dr. Trevor Edgerton

Dr. Trevor Edgerton attended Indiana University, earning a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. While working toward his DPT, Dr. Edgerton was a collegiate athlete as a track and field sprinter and long jumper at UIndy. In his athletic career, Trevor had his own injury and rehabilitation journey, which helped fuel his commitment to Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. He calls upon his own experience to help others return to an active lifestyle. When not helping patients at Body One, Dr. Edgerton enjoys running, walking his dog Arya at Eagle Creek, and loves both water skiing and wake surfing during the summer.

Kim Trotman

Kim has been a member of the Body One family since 2011 and originally worked at the Westfield location. She works as an administrative assistant at the Fishers location. Kim enjoys getting to know the patients and staff at Body One. She had previously worked in a large doctor's office, but Body One has provided a more personal environment that she really enjoys. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, reading, and watching hockey.

Tara Gilreath

Tara Gilreath graduated from the University of Evansville in 2018 with her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She continued her education at University of Evansville to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. Dr. Gilreath is certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the ABPTS (American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties). Tara enjoys working with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, with a particular interest in treating runners and utilizing movement examinations to prevent injuries. She is passionate about helping members of the Indianapolis community live active and healthy lifestyles. Tara is currently treating patients at the North Meridian clinic. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, running, yoga, and biking.
