Drew Bernstein - Founder

Mr. Bernstein cofounded Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP in 1993, and is now the managing member of Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk (MarcumBP), a PCAOB-registered accounting firm headquartered in New York. Marcum BP is ranked within the top 15 firms by Inside Public Accounting and Accounting Today, and the combined firm is one of the largest middle market accounting firms servicing China-based companies publicly traded in the US. Mr. Bernstein's early recognition of the global marketplace and his extensive work in the People's Republic of China resulted in the rapid expansion of his firm's services in the country. He has established local offices in Beijing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, with coordinated services throughout the world. These offices are staffed with highly experienced SEC personnel dedicated to providing our clients at over 50 Chinese companies and many of the first and second tier investment banks with services including audits and assurance, due diligence and transaction advisory. In addition, Mr. Bernstein's diverse experience in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, pharmaceutical, professional practices, and real estate have contributed to the growth of the firm's client base abroad. Mr. Bernstein serves as an accountant and business advisor worldwide, providing specialized auditing and accounting services to public and non-public companies throughout the United States, China, Europe, and Africa. Mr. Bernstein also serves as director and chairman of the audit committee of NASDAQ- and AMEX-listed companies, and is a frequent speaker at industry, investment banking and university conferences. He is an active member of the board of directors and an officer of a prestigious foundation that was honored with the President's Voluntary Action Award by the late President Ronald Reagan. Mr. Bernstein received his B.S. degree from the University of Maryland Business School. He is licensed in the State of New York and other states and is a member of the AICPA, the NYSSCPA and the NSA.

Neil Pinchuk - Founder

Neil Pinchuk, co-founder of Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP, has more than 30 years of experience advising public and non-public companies in diverse industries including manufacturing, wholesaling, retail, professional entertainers, professional athletes, professional practices, nonprofit entities, the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development, investment funds, broker-dealers, and real estate. Mr. Pinchuk is considered a technical expert in advising public (Securities and Exchange Commission-regulated companies) and non-public companies, multi-state taxation, partnership and corporate taxation, U.S. taxation of foreign companies and investors, payroll and sales taxes, and taxability of like-kind exchanges. His extensive international experiences have made him an authority in forming U.S. companies, complying with federal, state, and local tax laws as well as complying with SEC and U.S. accounting and auditing standards and regulations. In addition to conducting technical training seminars, Mr. Pinchuk is a speaker at various industry conferences. He has qualified as an expert witness and serves as a director and officer of a prestigious foundation that was honored with the President's Voluntary Action Award by the late President Ronald Reagan. Mr. Pinchuk graduated with honors from the accelerated accounting program at the State University of New York at Albany and is licensed in the State of New York and other states. He is a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA and the NSA.

Winston Yen

Winston Yen is a partner in Bernstein & Pinchuk, LLP's Los Angeles office, where he specializes in cross-border tax and pre- and post-immigration financial planning and tax consulting. With decades of experience working closely with Chinese clients, Mr. Yen is an expert in inbound investment into the U.S. by investors from the Greater China region and the U.S. tax implications of outbound investment in China. Mr. Yen's clientele includes hundreds of international investors who have received their Green Card via the EB-5 immigration program as a result of his support (the EB-5 visa is available for individuals who invest $500K in U.S.-based projects, which provides stimulation to the local economy). Before joining Bernstein & Pinchuk, LLP, Mr. Yen was the founder of ACCellence, LLP, where he provided accounting and tax services to small- to-mid-sized local and international businesses and their owners. In operation from 2006, ACCellence, LLP worked with Los Angeles-area clients with close ties to Greater China. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer for a NYSE-listed company and held the position of director at a NASDAQ-listed organization; as a result of the expertise gained at these positions, Mr. Yen presently serves as an ‘external CFO' for a number of long-term clients who look to him for business or financial advice. Additionally, he provides financial consulting services to various U.S. public companies. Early in his career, he worked as a senior tax manager at several large regional and national public accounting firms. Mr. Yen attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received a Master of Accounting Science degree in 1994. He is licensed in California and is a member of the California Society of CPAs.
