David Dahlinger

Dave was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. He attended college at the U. S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT and graduated in 1970 with a Bachelor's Degree; and set sail as an officer in the U. S. Coast Guard. While stationed in Milwaukee, Dave married his wife Pauline in 1973. Dave and Pauline and their family later move to the Plover/Stevens Point area. In 1985, Dave purchased a ServiceMaster cleaning franchise in Wisconsin Rapids. In 2014, Dave sold his cleaning business. After retirement, Dave decided to put his business acumen and customer service skills to further utilization and join the Boston Funeral Home staff. Dave officiated high school football and basketball, as a master official, from 1977 - 2015. He is an avid fisherman, likes to play golf, and spends a fair amount of time on a variety of woodworking projects. Dave has also been very active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church- serving several terms as Executive Director and as Treasurer among other important lay leadership roles. Dave and Pauline have five children and seven grandchildren. Together they enjoy traveling, camping, playing games, and spending as much time as possible with family.

George Barnes

George is a 1962 graduate of Bangor High School in La Crosse, WI. He attended the UW La Crosse and later transferred to the Wisconsin Institute of Mortuary Science, graduating in 1967. After he served his funeral service apprenticeship, George worked for Boston Funeral Home full time between July of 1967 and July of 1972. George then became employed with the Stevens Point Fire Department. He retired from as Deputy Chief in February of 2000. During his career with the Fire Department, George kept active as a part-time funeral director with Boston Funeral home. George assists Boston Funeral Home as a licensed funeral director to this present time. On October 19, 1963, George married his high school sweetheart Sandi Wegner. They had two sons, Todd and Tim. They have four grandsons and one granddaughter. George is a Member of St Paul Lutheran Church in Stevens Point. His faith is important to him and his family. George is an active member to the church's men's club. George is a volunteer at the Stevens Point Alternative School in the woodshop. He teaches wood lathe skills.

Mary Boston

Mary grew up in River Falls, WI on her family's farm and graduated from River Falls High school. She met and began dating Bill in 1971 while he was attending the UW-River Falls. They married in 1973 at St. Marys Catholic Church, before moving to Stevens Point. Upon returning, Bill and Mary began a family of their own. She was lucky enough to dedicate her life to her family until her children were in school full time. Mary had worked several jobs before accepting the opportunity to work for the family business. She started out at the funeral home attending to the bookkeeping. Due to her outgoing and friendly personality, Mary quickly became instrumental in multiple roles within the business. Mary was a full-time office manager; administrative assistant; preneed associate; resource supervisor; and above all, she is a friendly face and a compassionate voice. Outside of work, Mary enjoys the company of her grandchildren. She feels that spoiling them rotten is not only a grandparent's privilege, but a right. Mary also loves camping, flower gardening, dry walling, and painting. Besides being a compulsive cleaner, Mary is committed to her faith and has a passion for singing. She is a member of St Stanislaus Catholic Church and sings on the Celebrations Choir. She is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, AMVETS Auxiliary 1051, and was a past president.

Nathan Boston

Nate was born to William and Mary Boston in Stevens Point. Being a native of the Stevens Point area, Nate attended the local grade schools, Ben Franklin Junior High, and graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High School. He is a graduate of UW-Stevens Point and the University of Minnesota Medical School, Mortuary Science Program. In his spare time, Nate enjoys martial arts, mountain biking, hiking, camping, kayaking, yoga, travel, relaxing to the sound of his lawn sprinklers, Limburger Cheese, and sushi. He is member of St Bronislava Catholic Church; and is a community advocate sponsor of grief support education ministries for all faiths. He is a member of the Stevens Point Judo Club and Greatwhite MMA.

Niccole Plaski

Niccole is a native to the Stevens Point area. She attended the local schools and graduated from SPASH in 2008. She continued her education by attending the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for 3 years. Niccole transferred to Worsham College of Mortuary Science and graduated in September of 2012. In her spare time, Niccole enjoys spending time with her family, cooking/baking, attending country music concerts, camping, and fishing. She has a passion for helping others in need. Niccole is an annual volunteer for the Stevens Point Special Olympics Summer Games and often donates her time to the American Red Cross. Niccole's genuine nature, compassionate persona, personal drive, perseverance, and creativity, offers a breath of fresh air to the Boston Team. She has happily committed herself to serving the families in her hometown who have endured a loss of a loved one.

William "Bill" Boston

Bill was born in Stevens Point to the late James & Beatrice Boston. Bill grew up here and attended the local schools. He joined the US Air Force in 1966 and served in Vietnam during the conflict. He was honorably discharged in 1970. Bill attended college at UW-Stevens Point and UW-River Falls before earning a degree in Mortuary Science from the University of Minnesota. After completing his college education, Bill moved back to Stevens Point to join his father working in the family funeral business. Bill is member of St Stanislaus Catholic Church; St Stanislaus Grief Ministry; Vietnam Veterans Chapter 115 & past president; AMVETS 1051 & past commander; American Legion Post 6; VFW Veterans of Foreign Wars, Odd Fellows Lodge #93; Forty et Eight; and Elks Club.
