Dr. Boadi is responsible for the vision and strategic decisions of the business and all the activities of the business.
Dr. Boadi has over 10 years working experience in safety, occupational health, environmental and quality (SHEQ) consulting. Much of his professional career has been specifically environmental impact assessment, Public involvement and public meeting facilitation, SHEQ Auditing, SHEQ Management programs development and implementation, waste management, client liaison, and report writing, and has been involved in a wide range of projects.
He has previously served in the capacity of an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager with Central African Gold Ghana Limited and as an Environmental Superintendent with Anglogold Ashanti Bibiani Limited. He has extensive experience in the mining industry in Ghana where he has made significant achievements and contributions to successful corporate environmental management, and sustainability programs.
Mr. Asante is a Geological Engineer with more than 5 years in various geological disciplines.
He has been involved in projects covering target generation, interpretation and evaluation of exploration data (e.g. geochemical, auger drill hole, etc.) using, GIS (ArcGIS, MapInfo), rock chip sampling trenching, underground mapping, conducting and overseeing all aspects of sampling, preparation and submission (to Lab for assay) including tracking of samples and results.
His recent projects include hydrogeological works (hydrogeological site investigations and borehole drilling for water), geotechnical investigations with respect to site investigations (foundation design for building construction), road works and tailings storage facility construction.
