Alice Lazarian is Vice President and Owner of one of Canada's largest Scaffold and Structural Steel operations. Over the course of her career, she successfully led each of the Canada Scaffold Supply Co. Ltd, divisions comprising of the Scaffold, Structural Steel, CSS Connectors, Swing Stage, Shoring and Safety Equipment.
Alice showcases exceptional leadership skills, solid background and expertise in the construction industry on a daily basis by running a successful business which promotes the value of employee satisfaction and safety. Integrated project management, estimating, operational and human resources management and business development are just a few of her strengths.
Alice is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. With over 20 years of construction and integrated project management experience, Ms. Lazarian, partnering with the executive team, played an important role in bringing Canada Scaffold Supply Co. Ltd. to the level it is today.

Christopher Jones has a wealth of construction management experience and superior leadership skills to set direction for our scaffolding and structural steel and construction business in Western Canada. He ensures our day-to-day operations are tuned for high performance and foster consistent customer satisfaction.
Christopher Jones provides strategic direction, leadership and oversees implementation of the organizational strategy within British Columbia, related to safety and all aspects of sales and service operations.
Mr. Jones expertise within the construction services industry includes: specialty contractor operations, complex project management, cost estimating, procurement management and cost control systems. In addition, Christopher has effectively managed the departmental merge process, expansion and post-merge integration activities at Canada Scaffold Supply.

- Construction Safety Officer
Kelly Clancy is the Construction Safety Officer at Canada Scaffold Supply. Mr. Clancy started his career at Canada Scaffold in 1998 as a Foreman and has worked as a Scaffold Installer, progressing to his current position. Kelly acquired his CSO Certification in 2018 and is focused on safety and compliance in scaffold installation. He manages the Scaffold Install crew as well as overseeing site safety plans, and performing hazard and risk assessments. In 2019, Kelly received his Competent Person Training (System Scaffold) from the Scaffold & Access Industry Association. He also successfully completed the Train the Trainer Facilitator Skills Workshop at SAIA. Kelly teaches the Frame Scaffold Competent Person Training (1-day) course and the System Scaffold Competent Person Training (1-day) course at Canada Scaffold University (CSU).
When I needed scaffolding built up inside my house to install skylights, Canada Scaffold came to the rescue! From the first call with Kelly to the final take-down, their service was friendly, knowledgeable, humourous, and sincere. The installers were polite, courteous and clean. Madlene Lazarian oversees planning, operations and financial information, risk management and future financing. Reporting to the Board of Executives, the CFO provides strategic leadership and coaching to other members of the team which includes the accounting, human resources, community relations, legal, and tax functions.
Sam's career in Canada began as an accountant at a local scaffold company. On August 26, 1974, Sam and Siranoush Lazarian established their own scaffold business with a motto "Need Scaffolding? Call Sam - the Scaffold Man!"
Canada Scaffold Supply Co. Ltd. was born to provide both the commercial and residential markets with engineering, supplying and erecting all types of scaffolding. He started off by selling and renting imported scaffolding from Italy and Germany. Over the next few years, he began to manufacture his own scaffolding equipment, simultaneously developing a line of connectors for wood and concrete construction - CSS Connectors.
