Lynn provides accounting services for the POAs, including accounts payable management, vendor contact, management of reserve bank accounts, preparation of monthly financial statements, forecasting projections, budget preparation and utility account oversight. Lynn is a 1988 graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She is a native of the Greenville community and has been with the Edwards Thomas Group full-time since 2006.
Sam provides accounting services for Owner's Associations, including accounts payable management, preparation of monthly financial statements, forecasting projections, budget preparation and detailed expense account oversight. He is a graduate of Clemson University (2018) with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Business Management. He obtained his Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree from Liberty University. Sam is a native of the Travelers Rest community and has his CPA license in the state of South Carolina.
Carlton Property Services is owned and operated by Scott Carlton, who was formerly President of The Cliffs Club & Hospitality Group. Having spent 35 years in the private club industry, Scott brings a wealth of experience in delivering service and exceeding expectations. Scott served as Associations Manager for multiple Cliffs properties during his tenure as well as Chairman of various Architectural Review Boards within The Cliffs. Scott joined The Cliffs in 1998 and was involved in the development and management of all seven communities.

Since August of 2011, Tanya has served as the CPA for Carlton Property Services. Tanya became the managing partner at Edwards Thomas Group in 1999. Tanya is a 1987 graduate of Furman University. The Edwards Thomas Group has specialized in providing all-inclusive accounting, tax, and consulting services for common interest realty associations.
