The Epilepsy Foundation Western Pennsylvania had grown rather quickly over a short period of time, because of the growth we were faced with employees who had been with the organization for many years and several employees who were brand new to the Foundation. We were facing many cultural changes within the organization and change can be difficult to all involved. Because of the size of our organization and the fact that we are a non-profit, funding for full time professionals in human resources is non-existent.
