Ahti Haukilehto is a Senior Advisor at Dream Broker. He offers consultancy for technologies and software development for Dream Broker Corporation and Companies.
Mr.Haukilehto holds MSc in Computer Science, MCPD: EAD, MCSD (.NET), MCBMSS, MCT, senior consultant in .NET architecture. Additionally, he is AWS Certified and a Certified AWS Trainer. He is also the author of the book: Visual C#.NET - Trainers Kit, IT-Press (2003).
Since the latter part of 2022, Mr. Haukilehto has been providing his extensive knowledge to further develop the technological vision and supplement the know-how of Dream Broker technology and software development. Mr. Haukilehto is amongst the most elite and revered developers in Finland, having held the title of Microsoft Regional Director and representing Microsoft developers in Finland towards Redmond for over two decades, until 2015. Throughout the past decades, he has been helping to develop, troubleshoot and support some of the largest and critical systems in Northern European civil infrastructure.
Mr. Haukilehto is a graduate from Aalto University, previously known as the Helsinki University of Technology. Since the beginning of his professional software developer career, he has been heavily involved in the frontlines of the Finnish enterprise software development scene.
In 1999, Mr. Haukilehto co-established FCS Partners Oy, which later merged with Sovelto Oy, to become one of the largest technology and business leadership training companies in Finland. Alongside FCS Partners Oy, he held an integral role in forming several other successful IT sector start-ups over the years.
As a professional software developer, Mr. Haukilehto has been focusing on the introduction and integration of the latest technologies into multiple public sector software projects in Finland and Norway. Alongside his career as a professional developer, Mr. Haukilehto has been sharing his knowledge in the art of programming and working as a trainer for advanced level software development to thousands of developers in Finland.
Mr. Haukilehto offers daily advice to the technology units of Dream Broker. His expertise has also boosted the technological capabilities of Dream Broker products, applications, and their integration towards other enterprise systems. He brings extensive knowledge and international experience of technology enterprises, as well as invaluable knowledge of the IT and software scene throughout Northern European markets.

Ms. Taimitarha is the Director of Marketing and is responsible for the company brand and product communication strategies, facilitating product launches in new markets. The Marketing Unit has a direct impact on sales engaging key target audiences by communicating the value of Dream Broker's software products. A key tenet of the Marketing Unit is ensuring that all customer touchpoints are aligned with the brand and products, while upholding Dream Broker's high quality and ethical standards. Ms. Taimitarha began her career at Dream Broker in 2016, leading the event marketing operations of the company. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Laurea University of Applied Sciences in Finland, completing an exchange programme at ESCE, Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur (International Business School) in Paris, France.
Ms. Janhonen acts as General Counsel focusing on leading the legal function and ensuring effective execution and implementation of management activities. Her main responsibilities include risk management and supporting Dream Broker's operative business by providing legal advice. Prior to joining Dream Broker in 2014, Ms. Janhonen worked in different law firms specialised in business law and insolvency. In addition, she has carried out a training period at Prosecutor's Office of Helsinki. Ms. Janhonen holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki.

Dr. Hannu Naukkarinen (MD) is the leading Senior Advisor at Dream Broker, whose main responsibility is to offer consultancy in strategic management, organisational support, and leadership alignment for the top management of Dream Broker Corporation and Companies.
Dr. Naukkarinen (MD) Ph.D. , holds a Ph.D. in Psychiatry and medicine, MD in General Medicine specialist in Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry and has completed a thesis in Psychosomatics. He is providing support and coaching to top management and personnel within companies. Since the latter part of 2022, he has been providing his extensive knowledge in leadership, mentoring, coaching, occupational healthcare, management strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning to support Dream Broker's vision of becoming a globally successful online video software powerhouse.
Dr. Naukkarinen is a graduate of Helsinki University. Since the beginning of his professional career, he accumulated a diverse range of qualifications and extensive expertise in the fields of medicine, psychiatry, consulting, and music therapy. With a Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery (D.Med.Sc.), he has excelled as a psychiatry specialist, earning recognition as a psychiatry docent and trainer.
Dr. Naukkarinen has held positions as a professor at the University of Oulu, University of Tampere, and University of Helsinki, including lecturing and providing training in Finland and abroad. His expertise extends to pharmaceutical industries, the European Medicine Evaluation Agency (EMEA), the Patient Injury Center, Patient Insurance Center, and Insurance Court. With a commitment to occupational healthcare and wellbeing, he has supervised at several hospital districts, and provided his expertise to many institutions like the Finnish National Opera, Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, and Noiro. Dr. Naukkarinen's qualifications span a wide spectrum, including psychotherapy certifications from Valvira and Kela, and roles as a private doctor, medical centre doctor, proficient trainer, therapist, medical expert, and consultant over the years. Having served as a psychiatrist for 20 years at HYKS Lapinlahti Hospital, Dr. Naukkarinen has a profound understanding of mental health. He had also been deeply involved in administrative roles with special training in hospital administration, such as Deputy Results Director at HYKS Psychiatry Clinic, Lapinlahti Hospital HUCH, including a 10-year tenure as Deputy Director of Psychiatry, HUS. He is also the Chief Educational Physician (Psychiatry) in the Kymenlaakso Wellbeing Services County (KymenHVA), occupational healthcare specialist in psychiatry for Mehiläinen, and has responsibilities with providing corporate psychological well-being support at EMC (Executive Medical Centre) and Premium Clinic at Terveystalo.
As a lifelong musician, Dr. Naukkarinen attained his Diploma in solo line cello from the Sibelius academy in 1979. He has practiced the piano from the age of 5, the violin from the age of 7 and the cello from the age of 10. As part of his secondary career as a Music teacher, he has taught the cello at music schools, music camps, the Helsinki Conservatory of Music and Sibelius Academy. Dr. Naukkarinen also performed as a cellist with the Pro Barocco Orchestra, Helsinki City Orchestra, Lohja City Orchestra and Polytechnic Orchestra. His passion for the use of music in the field of medicine is evident through his lifelong experiences as a musician, as well as his special qualification and training in the area. He contributes significantly as a founding member of the Finnish Music Medicine Association.
Dr. Naukkarinen is a recognised scientist with publications in the American Journal of Psychiatry, Psychiatry Research, Biological Psychiatry, and an expert guest speaker for public forums and programs (television, radio, magazines). He has been a deputy member of the Board of Forensic Psychiatric Affairs of the Institute of Health and Welfare, Finland. With experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr Naukkarinen has been acting as Finland's chief researcher in international drug trials and an expert consultant for companies (e.g. MedAvante) organising drug trials. He is also the CEO and Chairman of the Board of NeuCon Ltd Oy, that offers specialist medical services.

Additionally, he is an active contributor to the Lapinlahti Foundation, alongside Dream Broker's initiatives in supporting mental health and well-being. Helmi Lindström is responsible for the company's operational excellence. Her responsibilities are to ensure the company's operational activities are efficient and all units are working towards the same company-wide targets. Operational excellence aims towards productive, sustainable, and growing business.
In addition, Mrs. Lindström is also part of the company's finance management as Manager, Finance and Treasury. She is responsible for the company's cashflow and treasury management. She also supports the CFO in overall financial management activities.
She has worked at Dream Broker since 2016. Mrs. Lindström holds a Master of Economic Sciences degree from Lappeenranta University of Technology.

Ms. Sippola acts as CFO. Sippola is responsible for the company's finances. This includes the company's financing and financial resources, reporting and analysis of financial figures, accounting, cash flow management, investments, acquisitions, tax and regulatory reporting, and the company's financial risk management. In addition, Ms. Sippola is responsible for Dream Broker's recruitment and internal talent management operations. Mika Ahokas is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Dream Broker Corporation and Companies.
Since the founding of the company, Mr. Ahokas has supported the company as an investor and an advisor. Before his current position at Dream Broker, Mr. Ahokas operated as a specialist, chief executive, entrepreneur and investor in growth companies within the software industry.
After accomplishing military police training in the Special Forces unit of the Finnish military police with Honours and Excellence, he began his career with Valmet Aviation and Patria Corporation in the field of military and civil aviation industries. Mr. Ahokas has been given merits and awards for his military service. In 2022, he received the honour of Honorary Commander and awarded Honorary Membership in Ostrobothnia Academic National Defense Association.
Furthermore, Mr. Ahokas is a member of the Finnish Reserve Officers' Federation (FROF). The federation is a politically non-aligned, voluntary organisation dedicated to developing the skills and abilities of reserve officers, contributing to national defence and supporting national security. The mission of FROF is to maintain and improve the military skills, leadership abilities and readiness of the reserve officers.
Mr. Ahokas has published research papers regarding the development of software and growth companies and written about financing of the technology and software companies, drawing from his experience as a director of business development and operational excellence in QuestBack AS.
Mr. Ahokas attained a Master's Degree with Honours and Distinction in Computer Science and Industrial Management from Helsinki University of Technology, majoring in Venturing in Digital Economy. He has led multinational research projects for software business and technology industries and operated as a researcher, teacher and lecturer on software business. Mr. Ahokas is a Doctoral Candidate, currently authoring a Ph.D. dissertation about the Growth and Scalability of software companies at Aalto University.
Mr. Ahokas shares his experience and knowledge by holding positions of trust in multiple board and/or steering groups of many businesses, associations and academies, as well as government agencies and educational institutions. Through his position on the Financial Committee of the Federation of Technology Industries in Finland and by being a long-time member of the board of the Finnish Software Entrepreneurs' Association, he has given a voice to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Nelly Nurmi acts as the Deputy Sales Director supporting the Sales Director in leading the sales and customer management operations in all countries. Ms. Nurmi supports all new country operations as part of the internationalisation, also providing expertise with the largest customer accounts.
Nelly Nurmi started her career in Dream Broker as an Account Executive for the Finnish sales operations in 2018. After leading a team of Account Executives in 2019, Ms. Nurmi became responsible for the entire customer management of all Dream Broker Studio enterprise customers in Finland. Graduating from the Helsinki Business College with a Vocational Qualification in Business in 2013, Ms. Nurmi also completed an Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development (Aalto EE) programme.

Mr. Siekkinen acts as the Chief Technology Officer. His responsibility is to ensure that the software development work, and architecture and technology choices support Dream Broker's strategy and vision.
