Colleen Burke - CHRO

Colleen graduated from the University of Michigan in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Psychology and obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP Certifications in 2014. Colleen began her career by joining EctoHR in January of 2012 and has considerable experience working with clients across a variety of industries. Colleen's main focus is on HR Outsourcing, HR On-Demand, organizational and employee development planning, performance management, training and compliance. Internally, Colleen specializes in the Sales and Marketing efforts for EctoHR. She has been a member of Vistage Michigan since 2017 and is also a certified Everything DiSC trainer and facilitator. Colleen is an avid sports fan for all things Detroit and University of Michigan, and even had the opportunity to work for several seasons for the Detroit Red Wings as an Intern in Public/Community Relations!

Erica Lordon - CHRO, Shareholder

Since Erica began her career with EctoHR in May of 2011, she has focused on HR operations, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, payroll, benefit administration and general HR consulting. Erica works across all industries, with a specific specialty in the construction industry. While earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University, Erica worked for an accounting and auditing firm, which formed the foundation for her specialization in processes, procedures, and office operations. Erica holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP Certifications. In 2018, Erica completed the Future Construction Leaders of Michigan program and is currently a member of the AGC of Michigan's Construction Leadership Council.

Randy Davison

Randy earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and has a strong background in recruiting and retention. As the HR Recruiting Manager, Randy leads the day-to-day recruiting function at EctoHR, including developing recruiting strategies, overseeing project assignments, identifying creative ways to find candidates, sourcing and qualifying candidates. With seven years of experience in the recruiting field, Randy sets himself apart with his relentless pursuit of high-level candidates. Randy has specific recruiting knowledge in construction, manufacturing, non-profit and banking and has assisted his clients in placing candidates at the C-Suite level. Prior to his arrival to EctoHR in 2018, Randy held progressive corporate Human Resource positions in the banking industry with a focus on Employee Development, Training, Compensation, Benefits and Retirement plans.

Steve Williams - President

Steve has worked in the human resource field for the past 22 years, since graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics. Steve's experience includes all aspects of the hiring and employment process. Acting as a true business partner, Steve maintains focus on achieving the operational and financial goals of EctoHR's clients. Prior to founding EctoHR in December of 2005, Steve was the Director of Customer Service for a national Professional Employment Organization, in addition to holding positions with a payroll firm and an HR-related software Company. He holds the SHRM-SCP certification and earns an average of 20 continuing education credits annually. Steve is an active speaker, frequently providing engaging presentations to various industry groups and other organizations.
