Amit holds a B.A. in behavioral sciences with a focus on psychology and cognitive science, and an M.B.A. in marketing strategies. With over a decade of experience as an instructor in emergency medicine, advanced CPR, and first aid, he has trained hundreds of first responders nationwide, providing him with a strong understanding of the realities that healthcare professionals face on the ground.
At Eltec, Amit leads the sales team by combining his healthcare background with strategic business insight. He excels in customer support, product knowledge, and market analysis, enabling him to identify new opportunities and develop impactful sales initiatives. Amit is passionate about building lasting relationships, driving growth, and positioning Eltec as a trusted partner in the medical industry.
Koby holds an LLB in law. After completing an internship at one of Israel's leading law firms, he decided to pursue his passion for technology and apply his knowledge of computers.
Koby has led an automation overhaul at Eltec Medical, addressing the company's growing needs. His persistent pursuit of greater efficiency and improved lead times has transformed the logistics center into a dynamic operation capable of diverse and efficient tasks, significantly enhancing the level of service our customers receive.
After completing his dual degree in law and economics, Ofer went to an internship focusing on commercial law and is a certified lawyer. In 2008, Ofer decided to make a career shift and joined his father as a sales manager at Eltec Medical.
For years, Ofer was responsible for locating and introducing new medical products into the Israeli market. During this time, the company significantly enhanced its product portfolio and market share.
In 2015, Ofer became the CEO of Eltec Medical, continuing the family tradition of prioritizing "Quality First" in the products they market.
With Over 38 years of experience in the leading medical imaging industry, in 2005, Reno Itzhaki founded Eltec Medical. What began as a supplier of pre-owned medical imaging equipment quickly grew into a family-owned business specializing in medical devices and supplies.
