Dr Brendan Adler

Brendan completed three fellowships in Radiology, having graduated in Medicine with Honours from the University of Western Australia in 1985. Subsequently, Brendan completed advanced fellowships in Thoracic Radiology, focusing on interstitial lung disease, and Musculoskeletal Radiology and Intervention at Vancouver General Hospital in 1991-1993. On return to Perth, Brendan commenced appointments as a consultant radiologist at Royal Perth Hospital and as a specialist radiologist at SKG Radiology, acquiring experience in a broad range of investigations and procedures in addition to his specialist interests. In 2006, Brendan moved to Paris, France and completed a Cardiovascular Imaging fellowship in 2008 at the Pitie-Salpetriere Hospital with particular interest in Cardiac MRI and Coronary CTA. Brendan was awarded the 2006 RANZCR Rouse Fellowship for this purpose. Brendan joined Envision in May 2009 and took over the position of CEO in October 2011. Brendan has been active in College affairs, continues to have a research interest in interstitial lung disease and is an author of at least 25 peer-reviewed articles.

Dr Carly Simpkins

Carly completed her medical degree in the UK and graduated in 2003 from the University of Wales College of Medicine. She then completed Basic Surgical Training and became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (UK) in 2006. Carly commenced radiology training on the South West Peninsula scheme in 2007 and became a fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (UK) in 2011. She first worked in Perth as a Radiology Registrar in 2009 for one year and then made the permanent move to Perth in January 2012. Carly became a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists in January 2014. She joined Envision in February 2014 and has specialist interests in Paediatric and Cardiac Radiology.

Dr Eamon Koh

Through his time in elite sports and rehabilitation, Eamon has developed expertise in soft tissue injury diagnosis and management. He has published his experience in innovative treatment for muscle, tendon and nerve injuries in leading peer-reviewed radiology and anatomy journals. This includes special interests in, and publication of, research on the use of ultrasound guided platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections, neurolysis, soft tissue adhesiolysis and Botox injections for treatment of difficult tendinopathies, chronic calf injury and nerve entrapment syndromes including deep gluteal syndrome and neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome

Dr Glen Lo

Glen graduated from The University of Western Australia in 2004, and the WA Radiology Training program in 2014. He then completed two fellowships from 2013 to 2015 at The University of Toronto, Canada, subspecialising in women's and abdominal imaging. Glen joined Envision in 2020 as a radiologist with a subspecialty interest in women's imaging and pelvic MRI. He works in the private and public sectors including Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Western Ultrasound for Women, Breast Screen WA, and Envision. Glen is active in teaching and research. He teaches at state and interstate RANZCR events, has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals, and presented both poster and oral presentations at national and international medical conferences. He is also an examiner for both RANZCR and ARC. Glen's current research focus is on the use of MRI in women's imaging, working on a placental MRI study for a Masters of Clinical Research at The University of Western Australia, breast MRI studies for the high-risk breast cancer service at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, and endometriosis MRI techniques for the multidisciplinary team at King Edward Memorial Hospital For Women to improve the diagnosis and management for people living with endometriosis. Glen has formerly worked as a professional dancer as a company member with Buzz Dance Theatre touring interstate and was on the Board of Management for Steps Youth Dance Company after working as a company member. He is the current Secretary and Treasurer of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (WA Branch) and a full instructor in Advanced Life Support for the Australian Resuscitation Council. Glen is a member of the RANZCR subspecialist interest groups for breast (BIG), obstetrics and gynaecology (OGSIG), and abdominal (ARGANZ) imaging. He is also on the Professional Practice Committee (PPC) and Stillbirth Steering Group. Glen is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Oncology (JMIRO) and an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia, examiner for the Curtin Medical School.

Dr Jeanette Soon

Job Titles:

Jeanette has subspecialised as a Cardiothoracic Radiologist after graduating from the University of Western Australia with Honours and subsequently becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists in 2015. Jeanette completed an Advanced Cardiac Imaging Fellowship at the Centre for Heart Valve Innovation at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver, Canada where she developed particular interest in TAVI, coronary artery disease and adult congenital heart disease imaging under the guidance of world leaders in cardiac imaging. She subsequently undertook a second fellowship in Thoracic Imaging at University Health Network, Toronto, Canada, gaining expertise in interstitial lung disease, lung transplant, lung oncology and percutaneous lung biopsy before returning to Perth in 2017. Jeanette is certified at the highest level in Cardiac CT and MRI by the North American societies of SCMR and SCCT, and is recognised as a Level B CTCA Specialist by the Australian Conjoint Committee of CTCA. She is an author of over 20 peer-reviewed cardiothoracic publications. Jeanette joined Envision in March 2017 and also holds a public hospital appointment at Fiona Stanley Hospital where she maintains interest in all aspects of Cardiac and Thoracic Imaging.

Dr Jerry Moschilla

Jerry completed his medical training at the University of Western Australia in 1993. He trained in Radiology and became a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists in 2002. He went on to specialise in Nuclear Medicine which included training in PET/CT at the Austin Hospital in Melbourne. Jerry is a Director on the board of the Australian Association of Nuclear Medicine Specialists (AANMS) and was on the conjoint committee for recognition of training in CT Coronary Angiography (CTCA) from 2011 to 2017.

Dr Lawrence "Lorry" Dembo

Job Titles:

A clinical cardiologist with subspecialty training focused on non-invasive cardiac imaging, Lorry completed his general Cardiology training at Royal Perth Hospital. With an emphasis on heart failure and non-invasive diagnostic imaging throughout his training he went on to complete a fellowship in New York under the umbrella of the Cardiovascular Research foundation and Lennox Hill Hospital. Lorry's USA training was primarily in cardiac MRI and predominantly based in a private outpatient centre with affiliations to major Manhattan hospitals.

Dr Michael Krieser

Job Titles:

Michael graduated from Melbourne's Monash University in 1992. Following 3 years' residency at the Alfred Hospital, Michael commenced Radiology training in 1996 based at St. Vincent's Hospital. In 2000, Michael undertook a Fellowship in Breast Imaging. Following a move to Perth Michael undertook a Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging in 2003. Michael has presented at local and national meetings on a range of Musculoskeletal topics and has provided imaging services and image guided injections to Perth's elite sporting teams and athletes for numerous years. He joins Eamon Koh and Brendan Adler in providing a comprehensive Musculoskeletal and Sports Imaging service at Envision.

Dr Michael Mason

Job Titles:

Michael graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1999. After gaining skills in a wide range of specialties ranging from General Practice to Cardiology to Anaesthetics, Michael completed a Radiology Research Fellowship position at Royal Perth Hospital in 2004 and began his formal Radiology Training in 2005. Michael has a special interest in Paediatric and Musculoskeletal Imaging. He has completed a Paediatric Imaging Fellowship at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne and has gained subspecialty skills in all aspects of Paediatric Imaging. He has also completed a Musculoskeletal imaging fellowship and combining his two areas of interest, Michael has a particular interest in all aspects of Paediatric Musculoskeletal Imaging. He is part of the sports imaging team at Envision which provides first class musculoskeletal imaging services to both adults and children. Prior to starting at Envision Medical Imaging, Michael worked as a Musculoskeletal Radiologist at Royal Perth Hospital. He continues as a Consultant Radiologist at Perth Children's Hospital. He is Director of Radiology Training at PCH and a Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists Part II examiner. He has multiple ongoing research projects and serves on the editorial panel for the Diagnostic Imaging Pathways project (www.imagingpathways.health.wa.gov.au) which is an educational tool used by referring clinicians to guide appropriate imaging investigations.

Dr Patrick Ng

Patrick graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1994. He has dual qualifications in the disciplines of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. He completed specialist physician training in the field of Nuclear Medicine in 2003 which included a fellowship position in Nuclear Medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle, USA. He underwent radiology training through the WA Radiology training programme prior to completing an additional two fellowships in abdominal and musculoskeletal imaging at the University of British Columbia / St Paul's Hospital, Vancouver, Canada. In 2010, he gained fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists. Patrick joined Envision in 2012 where he maintains his interest in Nuclear Medicine, Musculoskeletal MRI and Ultrasound.

Dr Ranieri Falcão Aguiar

Ranieri completed his radiology training in 2013 at the Federal University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Ranieri has always been passionate about musculoskeletal radiology. His interest gained traction after an observership in the Balgrist University Hospital in Zurich, Switzerland, in 2011. Ranieri undertook one year of a subspecialist fellowship training in musculoskeletal imaging in Brazil, followed by two years in Perth. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists and a member of the Australasian Musculoskeletal Imaging Group. Being up-to-date is of utmost importance to Ranieri, who organises and participates in weekly discussions of scientific journals. He is devoted to teaching and research. Ranieri has been an invited lecturer at the University of Western Australia and has lectured to the WA Radiology Training Program. Ranieri has research projects in the field of imaging-guided procedures, wrist and hand diseases. Besides diagnostic radiology, Ranieri has experience in a wide range of imaging-guided interventions. These include biopsies, corticosteroid injections and radiofrequency ablations for pain management. He has expertise in ultrasound-guided minimally invasive release for carpal tunnel syndrome, percutaneous releases for trigger finger/thumb and De Quervain's tenosynovitis. Ultrasound-guided removal of foreign bodies and Implanon is also within his skillset. Ranieri is committed to a high-quality level of patient-centred care and to evidence-based medicine. Ranieri has worked for SKG and Capital Radiology before joining Envision in October 2021. During this time, he has concomitantly worked for Western Australia Health Department at Fiona Stanley, Fremantle and Rockingham Hospitals.

Dr Ronny Low

Ronny underwent medical training at the University of New South Wales. After completing his internship and surgical resident training, he moved to Perth to be the Radiology Research Fellow at Royal Perth Hospital before joining the WA Radiology Training program in 2007. He completed his radiology training in 2012, focusing on abdominal and pelvic MRI before undergoing further post-fellowship training in Interventional Radiology at St Vincent's Hospital in Sydney. Ronny worked in private practice in Sydney before returning to Perth in early 2015 and joining the team at Envision. He has special interests in prostate MRI, including MR guided prostate biopsies, abdominal and pelvic imaging and musculoskeletal imaging. He is an active member of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists, being chairperson for both their CT Reference Group and Iodinated Contrast Working Party. He is also a consultant radiologist at Fiona Stanley Hospital where is a Director of Radiology Training.

Dr Thai Nguyen

Thai is a graduate of UWA and completed her radiology training through the WA Radiology Training Program where she received training at the major Teaching Hospitals in Perth and Rural WA. Thai went on to complete Fellowships in Paediatric Radiology at The Seattle Children's Hospital and Diagnostic Neuroradiology at The University of Washington Hospital, in Seattle U.S.A. She reports on a full range of general radiology with special interests in Paediatric Radiology, Neuroradiology and Breast Imaging. She joined the Envision team in November 2019 whilst continuing to hold a Locum Consultant position at Perth Children's Hospital.

Dr Tom Huang

Job Titles:

Tom graduated from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science. After working in both the private and public dental sectors, he undertook a three year specialist training program at the University of Queensland and graduated with a Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry specialising in Dento-Maxillofacial Radiology. It included training at Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, private radiology practices and at the School of Dentistry. Since graduation, Tom has been working in a private specialised practice in Maxillofacial Radiology. He has held the position of visiting lecturer, clinical supervisor and external examiner at the University of Queensland, School of Dentistry. Tom has also presented topics in radiology and radiography to dentists and continues to have research interests in Cone Beam Volumetric Tomography. Tom joined Envision in 2012. He is a member of the International Association of Dentomaxillofacial Radiology.

Dr Tonya Halliday

Tonya completed her undergraduate training at University of Glasgow in 1989, working at the Royal Infirmary and Stobhill Hopsitals in Glasgow before commencing her Radiology training in 1996. Tonya arrived in Perth in 2002 undertaking a Fellowship in Cross Sectional Imaging at Royal Perth Hospital before returning to the UK for 3 years working as an MRI consultant radiologist. In 2006 Tonya relocated to Perth, working in private practice and at Royal Perth Hospital and she completed her RANZCR Fellowship in 2007. Tonya joined Envision in 2010. Throughout her training Tonya developed specific interests and expertise in hepatic, pancreatic and gynaecological imaging and the assessment of oncology patients. She has continued to develop her clinical expertise at Royal Perth Hospital as a member of the abdominal imaging team. Tonya is involved in the Colorectal Cancer, Upper Gastrointestinal, Oncology and Lymphoma meetings. Over the past year Tonya has undertaken training in CT colonoscopy expected to play an increasing role in detection and screening for colorectal malignancy. She is involved in teaching medical students, interns and Radiology Registrars.

Dr Tracey Muir

Dr Tracey Muir is a dual-trained Nuclear Medicine Specialist and Radiologist. She completed her medical training at the University of Sydney in 2003. In 2010, Tracey finished her radiology training in Western Australia and continued into Nuclear Medicine completing her Fellowship at both St. Vincent's Melbourne and The Alfred Hospital. Tracey joined the Envision Nuclear Medicine team of Dr Jerry Moschilla, Dr Patrick Ng and Dr Tony Hayes in September 2020. Tracey holds a Nuclear Medicine Consultant position at Fiona Stanley Hospital and Royal Perth Hospital and has high-level expertise in Breast Imaging also working part-time at Breast Screen WA.

Dr Vikram Raju

Dr Vikram Raju completed medical training in 2003 at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India. He soon after relocated to the UK and completed his residency to gain qualifications with the Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S), UK in 2006. Vikram commenced radiology training on the South West Peninsula scheme in 2007 to become a fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (F.R.C.R., UK) in 2012. He commenced a 12-month advanced Cardiac imaging fellowship at University Health Network, Toronto, Canada with a focus on Cardiac MRI. Vikram returned to the UK in 2013 working as a Cardiothoracic Radiologist in Plymouth, UK for 3 years. He subsequently relocated to Perth in 2016 to undertake further fellowship training at Fiona Stanley Hospital with a particular focus on cross-sectional and cardiothoracic imaging. Vikram gained fellowship with The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists in 2018. He joined Envision in July 2018 and maintains interests in Cardiac and Thoracic imaging.
