Adrien joined Apheon in 2022. Prior to Apheon, Adrien worked at H.I.G. Capital in Paris, where he was part of the LBO team since 2017. He began his career in Investment Banking at goetzpartners and then Société Générale in Paris. Barbara is the co-founder and Head of CSR at Yamamay, which she co-founded in 2001. Under her leadership, the company has grown from a recognized Italian brand into a global chain, present in 39 countries with 600+ stores worldwide. She has held positions across various divisions as Head of Academy, Head of Merchandising, Head of Product Design, Head of Innovation and her current role as Head of CSR. She has played a pivotal role in championing ESG best practices at Yamamay, making the brand a beacon in the sector with lasting impacts across various spheres. Prior to Yamamay, she held a key role as the Head of Merchandising at Original Marines. She is a passionate advocate for sustainability and innovation in the fashion and retail industries and has served in several industry boards and councils, including Confindustria Varese, Sistema Moda Italia, the European Apparel and Textile Confederation, EURATEX and Confimprese. As well as President and Founder of DIANA ODV since 2018. She has also collaborated academically as an Adjunct Faculty Member at IULM University (Milan), a Scientific Committee Advisor at Istituto Europeo di Design (Como), and as a lecturer at Università Luigi Vanvitelli (Naples).
Bas joined Apheon in 2019 and is mainly focused on investments in the Netherlands. He is currently involved in amongst others CompaNanny and TMC. Prior to Apheon, Bas worked at Avedon Capital Partners in Amsterdam, where he joined in 2015. He began his career in Investment Banking at the Benelux team of Lazard in 2010. Bas holds an MSc in Financial Law (LL.M) and a MSc in Accounting & Control from RSM Erasmus University. He is fluent in Dutch and English and speaks conversational German.

Dominique has been appointed as board member for Deutsche Telekom's Europe segment as from November 1, 2020. Dominique is also an independent senior advisor to Bain & Company, independent board member of Ahold Delhaize and Compagnie de Saint-Gobain, and Non- Executive Director of Telenco. Previously, she was CEO of Proximus, CEO Belux at Unilever Benelux, and held board positions at Lotus Bakeries, Be-Mobile, BICS, Telindus Luxembourg, Tango Luxembourg. She was also Chairwoman of the Advisory Board of the Solvay Business School.
Emanuele joined Apheon at its foundation in 2005 and has been involved in several transactions, including 360º Padel Group, Satlink, Millbio, Palex Medical, Dolciaria Acquaviva, Indo Optical, Golden Goose Deluxe Brand, IPE Visionnaire, Nicotra-Gebhardt, Benito, ZellBios, Seves, La Gardenia, and Stroili. Prior to Apheon, he was at BCC Capital, an Italian M&A boutique and private equity investor, where he joined in 2001, after 3 years at Sofipa, an Italian merchant bank. He began his career at Barilla, the world leading pasta and bakery company, where he spent 8 years followed by 3 years as Business Development Manager at Birra Peroni, the leading Italian beer brewery.
