He worked in close partnership with the CEO and leadership team to focus on customer excellence through digital innovation and service, culminating in the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) in the industry. Most recently, he helped the airline navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Before that, Steve spent nearly 20 years at British Airways, where he held various senior leadership roles in finance, operations, customer service and strategy, and eventually served as Senior Vice President of the transatlantic joint business between British, American, Iberia and Finnair airlines. Steve earned a bachelor's degree in geography and economics from the University of Manchester in the U.K. and holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant certification.
