IRENE'S BAKERY

Irene's Bakery has been a family owned business in Victoria since opening in 1985 on Oak Bay Avenue. In the late 80's the founding family decided it needed more space and purchased Rose Bud Bakery and building, which had been operating since the 1960's, and brought both bakeries together in our former Government Street location... Both bakeries were founded on the principles of traditional European bread making, and these principles are still practiced each and every day at Irene's. Our mission is to provide quality products and service to Southern Vancouver Island's grocers, restaurants, golf courses, institutions and coffee shops.
