Chris Johnson

Chris grew up in Decatur Georgia in the 1960's. His family relocated to Glynn County in 1974 making Glynn County his home. Chris graduated from Glynn Academy High School in 1980, and earned an Associate's Degree of Science (Drafting & Design) from Brunswick College. He has enjoyed a thirty-plus year career in architecture, working on hundreds of projects including public schools, libraries, banks, car dealerships, retail stores, and custom homes.

Debi Vest

Debi was raised in Indiana. There she attended Indiana State University studying business and interior design. She then worked in Southwest Florida as an executive assistant for a developer for 25 years before relocating to Georgia. Debi enjoys reading, making quilts and serves as the President of the local quilt guild. She enjoys walking the beaches of Jekyll Island.

Gary Sanders

Glenn Fiveash

Glenn was raised in Brunswick, Georgia. He graduated from Glynn Academy then attended Southern College of Technology (now Kennesaw State University) in Marietta, Georgia where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. Glenn worked with several architectural firms in Atlanta for 30 years before returning to Brunswick, Georgia. He has experience working on schools, churches, hospitals, banks, car showrooms, and retail facilities.

John A. Tuten - President

John founded John A. Tuten & Associates, Architects over 40 years ago. He currently serves as president. He has an extensive resume of multi-million dollar projects including K-12 facilities, Georgia Board of Regents projects, other government agencies and private companies. He continues to actively manage the work of the firm. John has a Bachelor of Architecture from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. John served as a Marine Corps officer, 1967-1970; including service in Vietnam as a forward observer, fire direction officer and battery executive officer. John was architect and general contractor for the firm headquarters; a LEED Gold Building occupied in 2008. John has extensive expertise in energy efficient construction and natural daylighting. He directed the design and construction administration of Brunswick High School, a 350,000 square foot fully geo-thermal heated and cooled building. John's home is Brunswick, Georgia, where he is an Elder in the First Presbyterian Church, a Rotarian, and has served the Y, Morningstar, Habitat, and many other local organizations. He is married to Anne Crews Tuten, his high school sweetheart and they have two children, Lt. Colonel Russell Albert Tuten, USMC, and daughter Alex Anne.
