The banking and finance economist has worked for over 20 years for the financial service company UBS in leading positions in Zurich, Madrid and Los Angeles. He holds several Supervisory Board mandates within companies of the medical industry. Since 2011 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of DKSH where he chairs the Audit Committee. Dr. Tanner obtained his doctorate in economics from the University of St. Gallen.

Dr. Hothum received his diploma in Economics from the University of Mannheim and did his PhD at the University of Magdeburg. He has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of healthcare and life sciences.
started working in senior positions in various hospitals since 1995 right after his studies of sports science at the University of Heidelberg. Having done his PhD he studied hospital business and took over the management of Simssee clinic in 2003. Starting in 2006 he turned the ATOS Clinic Heidelberg into a profitable medical service center. In 2009 Dr. Görlich was appointed CEO of Ethianum Clinic Heidelberg, having a leading impact on its concept and realization. Moreover, he is Managing Director of MWOC GmbH.

With over 30 years in healthcare, Joe leads the US sales team. He began his career in clinical practice and was formerly a registered respiratory therapist. Joe moved over to the medical device industry in 2002 and rose through sales leadership positions at Intuitive Surgical and Mazor Robotics where he refined the approach to capital equipment sales. He joined joimax in 2021.

Johan has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with medical devices and pharmaceuticals (neurosurgery, orthopaedics, biologics & cardiology). Prior joining joimax, he held positions in Sales, Marketing and Product Management with RTI Surgical, Surgalign, DepuySynthes, and AstraZeneca. He built up high-performing Sales & Marketing teams in the last 10 years, developed and executed successful demand generation programs internationally. He holds a Master degree in Rehabilitation sciences & physiotherapy from catholic university Leuven in Belgium as well as Bachelor degree in Marketing from University Leuven (Belgium).
He started his new position in September 2023 and is eager and motivated to develop and enhance our Sales & Marketing MEIA & North-East Europe.
Levon is a trained general and thoracic surgeon. He joined joimax in 2019 to lead the clinical education team in the United States. Prior to joimax, Levon worked under leading endoscopic spine surgeon, Dr. Christoph Hofstetter, at the University of Washington. Levon previously served as Assistant Professor, General and Thoracic Surgery at Yerevan State Medical University in Armenia. Levon completed his medical education, residency and fellowship in Armenia and Germany, respectively.

Maximilian joined joimax® in 2009. Since 2015 he was the Integration and Operations Manager of joimax GmbH and since 2016 General Manager of joimax® Inc. He holds degrees in Technical Management and Business Management. In 2023, Maximilian took on the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Business Development and Operations at joimax®. In this position, based in Germany, he is responsible for scaling global operations. Maximilian's diverse education and experience over multiple departments helps the company to adopt quickly to new challenges and is supporting the growth of the company.
More than 39 years business experience in finance and controlling. Prior to joimax® he worked several years as a General Manager Finance/Controlling at TerraTec Electronic GmbH, a global acting consumer electronic company. Prior to that, he held the position of the Director Finance in Conceptware AG, a global acting consulting and IT company. His educational background is based on commercial education with graduation in business administration, a 1 year trainee program in Business Administration in South Africa and 4 years study of Business Economics at the University of Hagen, Germany.
More than 25 years leadership experience in the medical devices industry. Before he joined joimax® in July 2014 he hold the position as CTO at Admedes Schuessler GmbH, Germany, the global market leader for manufacturing of stent components and heart valve frames from shape-memory alloys. He has a long-time experience in structural buildup of development areas, implementing and optimizing of processes and establishing new business areas. His educational background is studies of mechanical engineering at the University of Stuttgart with a subsequent PhD thesis on the field of nondestructive material testing.

Reuben Teo has more than 30 years experience in Healthcare in the fields of Clinical Diagnostics, Orthopedics, Spine and Neuro Surgery, Interventional Oncology and Surgical Equipment in the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to joining joimax he held positions in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, Education and Training up to Executive Management Positions. During his more than 10 years tenure at DePuy Johnson and Johnson Asia-Pacific and his more than 9 years at Stryker Asia Pacific he helped build both orthopedic companies. His next positions were with RTI Surgical and Sirtex Medical, where he hold the role of Executive VP prior to joining the joimax Group and managing the APAC business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia, and has completed a Harvard Business Executive and Management Program, Boston, MA.

After 18 years in the spinal hardware and biologics industry, Rodolphe, aka Rudy, joined joimax® in September 2017 as Director of Sales for Europe. Prior to joimax®, Rudy held various sales and marketing management positions in spine companies such LDR Medical, Scient'X, Integra LifeSciences or more recently Medicrea International.
Formerly Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at joimax® Inc., Troncale was promoted to General Manager in 2023; Over the past two years, Troncale, in addition to increasing his responsibilities, successfully capitalized on the significant interest in endoscopic techniques to expand US sales operations. He joined joimax® in 2021 bringing 20-years of experience in the spinal device industry where he served in sales and marketing leadership roles at Stryker, K2M, and Synthes Spine.
More than 40 years business experience, with 35 years in the health care and 6 years in the telecom industry. Prior to the foundation of joimax® in fall 2001, he held positions of growing responsibilities in sales, product and marketing management and VP Business Development Europe at Baxter CardioVascular Group, today Edwards LifeScience. At the German-French venture, Saphir Medical, he was the Managing Director and at HydroCision Inc., Andover, MA he was VP Marketing & Business Development. His educational background includes a telecom engineering and a degree in medicine (4 years) from the University of Vienna, Austria. Besides that he completed several business management programs and courses like the Baxter-IMD Lausanne Leadership 2000 MBA program.
