John C. Stanley was born in Montgomery, AL on November 26, 1948, and attended public schools in Montgomery, AL where he graduated in 1967 from Robert E. Lee High School. From 1967-1971 he attended Auburn University, was a member and president of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, and was involved in student government affairs. He graduated from Auburn in 1971with a B.S. degree in Economics.
In 1971 he became employed with Lowder Associates, Inc. as property manager for apartments, office buildings, shopping centers and single-family residences. Beginning in 1973, he began a career in commercial real estate financing with Colonial Mortgage Company. In 1979, he began his commercial real estate sales and leasing career where he remained with The Colonial Company until June, 2000. He received the CCIM designation in 1983 and is a past president of the Alabama Chapter. On July 1, 2000, he formed John Stanley & Associates, Inc., a real estate company specializing in the sale, leasing and development of commercial real estate with its primary areas of operation being in Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook, Wetumpka and Auburn, AL. He is married to the former Teresa C. Clements (also a life long resident of Montgomery, Alabama) have two (2) children (David and Carrie) and seven (7) grandchildren who all live in Montgomery, Alabama.
Lee W. Meriwether, III was born in Montgomery, AL on June 5, 1963. He graduated from Jeff Davis High School and Auburn University where he received a BS in Business Administration.
In 1991 he began his commercial real estate development and management career when he formed Meriwether Commercial Real Estate.. In 1997, he began his commercial real estate sales and leasing career with The Colonial Company. In July, 2000 he joined John Stanley and Associates, Inc. a real estate company specializing in the sale, and leasing of commercial real estate with his primary areas of focus being in Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook, Wetumpka and Auburn, AL.
He and his wife Carrie have been married since 1987 and together have three (3) daughters and three (3) granddaughters.
Chapter of SIOR in 2005. Mr. Frazer is a graduate of the University of Alabama and served as a Trustee for the Alabama Center for Real Estate, an affiliate of the University of Alabama.

Montgomery has always been home, proud to have graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama. Tana started out at Franklin Resources Group with exposure to the Legislative process, lobbying and media production. Next she spent ten years at Colonial Bank starting out as a receptionist, growing into an Executive Assistant position with the President of Commercial Lending for the State of Alabama, then Executive Assistant to the Montgomery Regional, Senior Lender and finally as Executive Assistant to the CISO. During her career with the bank, paths did cross with John Stanley, whom Tana always heard strong positive narratives about. Now four years after leaving the banking to work in the non-profit sector at Montgomery Habitat for Humanity, Tana is the Executive Secretary at John Stanley and Associates also assisting with Industrial Partners.
