Kapetanios Group has been in operation with its current structure since 2000, the year that Kanika Hotels Ltd became a public company and following the separation of the assets of the rest of the companies of Kanika Group, between the two owners (A. Kapetanios Holdings Ltd and Th. Karaolis Holdings Ltd).
