Harold Hitchcock obtained his undergraduate degree in History from Texas A&M in 1987. After briefly working for the Office of Presidential Libraries in Washington DC, he returned to Minnesota for law school. Harold graduated from Hamline Law School in 1997 and was admitted to the Minnesota Bar that year. Following law school, Harold opened Hitchcock Law Office in 1997 and practiced primarily in the area of personal injury. In 2006, Harold made the decision to join Woods & Thompson, P.A. as a partner where he worked for the next eight years.
Harold joins Kelsey Law Office where he will focus on personal injury and continue to seek justice for those who have been injured. In his free time, Harold enjoys flying, competitive shooting and travel.

JoAnn Wolf received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in Criminal Justice. She attended the Hamline University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor in 2003. Following law school she worked as a law clerk at Hennepin County Family Court. Mrs. Wolf has focused her practice primarily in the area of family law. Her experience as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem is a great asset when advocating for her clients. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and in the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.
Mrs. Wolf grew up in Menomonie, Wisconsin, and now resides with her family near Taylors Falls, Minnesota. Mrs. Wolf enjoys many activities including running, camping, snowmobiling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Kellie Hanck graduated from Hamline University with a BA in Legal Studies and Psychology in 2008 and received her Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in 2011. While in college, Kellie completed an internship at the Anoka County Attorney's Office in the Family Law Division.
Kellie joined Kelsey Law Office in 2012. She grew up in and continues to live in the Isanti County area. Outside of work, Kellie enjoys reading, writing, horseback riding and playing the flute in the East Central Grad Band.

Michelle Kelsey graduated from Hamline University with a BA in Legal Studies in 1999 and received her Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in 2001. After receiving her law license, Michelle worked as a clerk for the Honorable Timothy R. Bloomquist in Kanabec County, MN for a short time before accepting an associate attorney position in Cambridge, MN.
Michelle has been practicing in Cambridge, MN, first an associate attorney, then as a partner in a local law firm, since 2002. She was named a Minnesota Super Lawyer "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law and Politics magazine in 2007 and was the president of the 18th district bar association in 2008. Michelle has an AVVO rating of excellent. Michelle opened Kelsey Law Office in July 2011.
Michelle grew up in the Forest Lake area. She and her family have lived in the Isanti County area for 17 years. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling, sailing, shooting, and running.

Selena Fischer graduated from the University of Wisconsin River Falls with a B.S. in Mathematics in 2000 and from Hennepin Technical College with an A.A.S. in Accounting in 2005. While completing her associate's degree, she began working at International Assisted Reproduction Center / Steven H. Snyder Law Firm where she was employed as an accountant/human resources/office manager for seven and a half years. Selena joined Kelsey Law Office in September 2012.

Tarah considers herself a mix of Minnesota and Wisconsin (Minneconsin). With her previous years of experience as a Legal Assistant in Wisconsin, she is excited to learn the Minnesota side! Tarah joined Kelsey Law Office in September of 2023. Her main focus at Kelsey Law office will be Family Law and Criminal Defense. Tarah speaks American Sign Language and English. Her bachelor's degree is from Metropolitan State University, with a focus on Social Science.
