Ms. Lazcano is the Director of Finance and Corporate Controller at KLC Network Services Inc. She joined KLC as the main architect to migrate, integrate, and transform KLC's accounting system to accommodate rapid growth. Ms. Lazcano is responsible for financial reporting, accounting, financial analysis, strategic spending, audits, budgeting & forecasting, cash management, tax planning, as well as managing all aspects of KLC's financial footprint. Ms. Lazcano is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Virginia Tech with 10 years of government contracting and accounting experience.

Ronaldo A.C. Serrano

Mr. Serrano is a senior level leader in the Defense industry and a retired US Navy Reserve Captain with extensive knowledge and experience in National Intelligence Systems. He brings has over 30 years of experience supporting the intelligence community with 28+ years as a Naval Information Warfare Officer. His civilian leadership experience includes Program Manager for a Prototype Development Support contract valued at over $490 million serving 12 customer facilities, a Technical Education Center, and Research and Development Facilities. He has been called to active multiple times since 9/11. While on active duty he has served as: Director of Operations for the Cyber National Mission Force; Deputy Assistant Director for Intelligence US Central Command; Deputy Director for Intelligence Joint Chiefs of Staff and served as the Chief Staff Officer for the NIFR Region Washington, DC.

Mr. Warman, a veteran of the US Air Force, has been a Professional Services and Business Operations Specialist within the US Intelligence Community for more than 30+ years. Mr. Warman's Managerial and Technical career encompasses organizational leadership, technical leadership, value added management, multi-site operations, consensus team building, and personnel resource management. He entered the IT field as a Computer Systems Engineer and has designed, integrated, and deployed a wide range of mission-related systems for the National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, US Navy, US Air Force, and US Army. Mr. Warman has held multiple executive positions for highly successful companies within the Washington DC area.
