John W. "Jack" Conway was born in Framingham, Massachusetts on June 18, 1953. Mr. Conway practices in the areas of real estate transactions, land use and planning, municipal law, business and commercial law, as well as landlord/tenant matters. Mr. Conway has been practicing in the State of Maine for 30 years. During that time, he has represented clients before numerous administrative and municipal boards, as well as district courts, superior courts, and the Maine Law Court on appeal.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Conway enjoys all that the Maine outdoors has to offer, including camping, hiking, kayaking and boating, playing golf, and skiing in the winter months.

Jon S. Oxman focuses his practice on workers' compensation law, health law, professional ethics, and civil litigation. He has been a Maine attorney at Linnell, Choate & Webber, LLP since 1971 and has been honored to serve as a member and chair at the highest levels of lawyer governance in Maine, including the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar. Richard J. O'Brien has practiced with Linnell, Choate & Webber since 1982. His practice is focused on bankruptcy and reorganization, and on estate planning and probate matters. In his bankruptcy practice, he has represented individuals and businesses, debtors and creditors, as well as trustees and creditors committees. His estate planning practice includes wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health directives, and general succession planning.
Rick lives in Winthrop with his wife, Ellen, who is a hydrologist, geologist and professional engineer, and has three grown children. He and his wife are avid hikers, campers, bicyclists, nordic skiers, and general outdoor enthusiasts. They also share a love of music and theater, having performed in the chorus of the fall musical production at the Theater at Monmouth for many years. He also sings tenor with the Maine Music Society Chorale, although his true love is bluegrass music.
