Gordon has served as a director of the Company since 2014, and the chairman of the board since July 2016. He has also held the roles of president, chief executive officer and vice chairman of the Board of Directors throughout 2014 to 2016. Since March 2004, he has been a Managing Member of Fund Management Group LLC, a private holding company. From June 2004 to April 2006, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance of the Willis Group in New York and London. Prior to the Willis Group, he was an equity holder and Managing Director of Hales Capital Advisors LLC (1999 to 2004) and the co-founder and Managing Partner of Distribution Partners Investment Capital L.P., a private equity fund focused on the insurance industry (1999 to 2010). Gordon was appointed to the board of directors of Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFH), or Atlas, in December 2010, and since January 2011, has served as chairman of the board of directors of Atlas (and on the audit and compensation committees). In addition, he was appointed to the board of directors of 1347 Property Insurance Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: PIH), or PIH, in November 2013 and has served as the chairman of PIH's board since his appointment. Gordon has been a member of its audit committee since December 2013. Jay joined Limbach in 1990 and serves as an Executive Vice President of Limbach's Collaborative Services team, and oversees the Midwest Division of the company. He ran the Ohio business unit from 2006 - 2019. Jay has a passion for solving customer problems and supports the company's branches with marketing, sales, engineering, estimating, and Building Information Management (BIM) services through our Limbach Collaborative Services team. The LCS team assists our branch customers with financial solutions for facilities that reach across organizational boundaries and combine a seamless package of solutions that bring value to our client's organizations. Prior to joining Limbach, Jay received his bachelor's degree in 1988 from Messiah College at Temple University in Philadelphia PA, and completed Columbia University's Senior Executive Management program in 2013. Jayme L. Brooks serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective October 1, 2019. Mrs. Brooks served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Capstone Turbine Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer of microturbine energy systems, from April 2019 until September 2019, and as its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer from April 2015 to April 2019. Mr. Horowitz is a professional investor with over 17 years of investing experience. Ms. Krzeminski has served as chief financial officer from November 2010 until her retirement in April 2018 at Granite Construction Incorporated ("Granite Construction"), a New York Stock Exchange listed company that is one of the nation's largest diversified infrastructure providers and construction materials producers. In December 2015, Ms. Krzeminski was also named an executive vice-president of the firm. Prior to joining Granite Construction, Ms. Krzeminski worked for The Gillette Company ("Gillette"), and subsequently, with Procter and Gamble which in October 2005 merged with Gillette which was later dissolved into the parent company. During her tenure with Gillette and Procter and Gamble, she held several corporate and operational finance positions that include serving as the director of Gillette's Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 Compliance program; the director of corporate financial reporting for Gillette and as a finance director for the Duracell and Braun North American business units. Ms. Krzeminski also has several years of experience in public accounting with an international accounting firm. Ms. Krzeminski is currently a member of the board of directors of Terracon. Mike brings with him over 35 years of construction experience through holding various management positions with Fluor, Marshall Contractors, Mobil Oil and J. Ray McDermott. S. Matthew Katz

Prior to joining Limbach, Matt served as a Director in the Fund Liquidity Solutions Group at Crestline Investors, a private investment firm. At Crestline, Matt oversaw the growth and/or disposition of a portfolio of distressed investments, including in the packaging, steel and infrastructure products sectors. From 2000 to 2015, he was employed by FdG Associates, a New York-based middle market private equity firm. While at FdG, Matt focused on the sourcing, execution and oversight of the firm's investments in family- and entrepreneur owned businesses in the lower middle market. Matt's investment activity spanned a diverse array of businesses and industries, including building products, specialty retail, value-added distribution, precision machining and infrastructure and construction services. Prior to joining FdG as an Associate in 2000, Matt was an investment banking analyst in the Global Natural Resources Group at Lehman Brothers where he assisted in mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions for businesses in the coal, exploration and production, and midstream pipeline sectors. Over the course of Matt's career, he has developed an affinity for, and deep insight into, investments in the construction services sector. He has developed an extensive network of relationships among investment bankers, intermediaries and business brokers; lenders and other financing sources; surety providers; and industry focused consultants and accomplished managers and executives. Matt has also shared his experiences and perspectives on investment activity in the industry as a panel speaker at the Lincoln International and L.E.K. Consulting Building and Infrastructure Conference and the Construction Financial Management Association's annual conference, and as a contributor to publications including Buyouts, the Association for Corporate Growth's Middle Market Growth, Mergers & Acquisitions, and CohnReznick's quarterly newsletter. Scott Wright - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Scott became Limbach's general counsel in 2006 and is responsible for legal and risk management support for Limbach's corporate services and branch locations throughout the United States. In addition, he holds the lead role in resolving major construction claims and disputes and often personally handles mediation, arbitration and litigation matters for the company. He negotiates upstream and downstream construction contracts and purchase agreements, as well as counseling branch and corporate personnel on key business, contracting and other legal matters. Scott has significant day-to-day involvement in Limbach's business and finance matters and is actively involved in financing and acquisition transactions. Scott's role in Limbach's risk management team includes oversight of major insurance claims and assisting with management and administration of the company's insurance and surety programs, in close relationship with the company's insurance carrier and surety. Prior to joining Limbach, he was a senior associate with a Pittsburgh law firm specializing in construction law and commercial litigation. Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from the James Madison College of Michigan State University in 1993 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1997.

Shawn Murphy - President

As the President of Limbach Collaborative Services (LCS), Shawn is directly involved with all services provided by LCS, including conceptual engineering, strategic sales, and engineering calculations and document development. Having been in the industry since 1995, Shawn utilizes his expansive experience when hiring, training, supervising, and developing the LCS staff. In addition, Shawn maintains and implements any and all changes to the LCS engineering standards, policies, and details to support the strategic goals of the engineering group. As a Mechanical Engineer, Shawn is able to lend his specific expertise to the overall success of the team in several different areas, such as acoustic design and analysis and the LEED Certification process. Since joining Limbach in 1999, he's worked on many high-profile projects within some of the most complex vertical markets, such as government, healthcare, and sports arenas.
