MAJOR ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION

Major Environmental Remediation, Inc. was founded in September 1993, by R.E. "Bob" Miller who served as President, and Byrnes Boudreaux who served as Vice President. This division was formed as a State licensed facility to handle Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (N.O.R.M.) contaminated tubulars, equipment, and land. Additionally, the facility also handles Non-Hazardous Oilfield Waste (N.O.W.). In February 1995, Major Equipment and Major Environmental, its sister company, merged to form M.E.R. Services, Inc., still going by the name "MAJOR"... In October 1997, M.E.R. Services, Inc. changed its name to Major Equipment & Remediation Services, Inc. Despite the change in name, "MAJOR's" philosophy has remained the same. "We strive to provide the best possible equipment and services at a price that is equitable."
