Originally from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Le graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Finance. Chi gained her citizenship of the United States in 2022.
Chi enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.

Jennifer Youngblood is Vice President of Maddox, Thomson & Associates. Jennifer co-leads MTA's accounting and tax practices.
Jennifer supports individuals, trusts, family partnerships and closely held businesses with tax compliance and tax planning. With more than 12 years of public accounting experience, Jennifer routinely partners with clients regarding income tax and estate tax planning strategies, and defining financial personal goals and ob jectives.
A graduate from the University of Houston, Jennifer has a daughter with her husband, Scott, and loves exploring her local community.
