Andrew L. Rochester

Andrew L Rochester has been practicing in the field of Family Law since his admission to the New Jersey bar in 1994. His Practice encompasses all aspects of Family Law including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, name changes, drafting pre-nuptial and mid-marriage agreements and step-parent adoptions. Andrew practices extensively in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties as well as throughout the State of New Jersey. Andrew earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1991 and his Juris Doctor degree from The Boston University School of Law in 1994. He was admitted to the New Jersey bar in December 1994 and the Pennsylvania bar January 1995. He has also been admitted to the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of New Jersey as well as the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Andrew has worked for the general practice law firms of Dalsemer and Associates, and McLafferty, Cohen and Stein and the insurance defense Law firm of McDonough, Korn, Eichhorn and Schorr. Andrew was also a Senior Associate with the matrimonial Law firm of Adinolfi and Spevak from 1997 through 2004. Since he began practicing, his work has been concentrated in the area of matrimonial law. He has been in good standing with the Court since his admission to the Bar in December 1994. Mr. Rochester is a Master in the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court and is Co-Chair of its Mentoring Committee. He has served as a member of the Burlington, Camden and Gloucester County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels. Andrew is an active participant in the Burlington County Bar Association Family Law Committee and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law section. He has argued extensively before the appellate courts of New Jersey on family law issues and have participated in the several published opinions New Jersey Courts. In addition to his membership in several professional associations, Andrew has lectured extensively as a panel member for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the National Business Institute and has presented professional seminars for both attorneys and members of other professions.
