Cathy Wagner was the founding attorney at what is now Martin & Wagner, P.A.. She was a licensed and practicing attorney in Minnesota from 1994 until 2014, working primarily with families in a variety of legal areas. Her decades of legal experience and undergraduate degree in accounting allowed her to effectively serve clients with the highest quality and attention to detail.

I have been a paralegal at Martin and Wagner since April 2022. I work under Becky Martin and work directly with her to assist all our clients through the legal process specifically in family law matters. My goal is to help guide our clients through either marriage dissolution, custody, or other related matters and Court proceedings to provide some reassurance to a process that can be stressful and overwhelming. My responsibilities include scheduling with the Court, drafting correspondence and legal documents, and communicating with our clients..
I know that the legal process is difficult to understand. I enjoy serving as an understanding and compassionate ear for you and handling your immediate needs. I always attempt to explain, in everyday terms, each step along the way, why we drafted a document, why a hearing is being scheduled, and what will happen at the hearing.
