Mr. Levy is a Director at MCA Realty and is responsible for the acquisition of new investments across the Western United States. In this role Mr. Levy is responsible for sourcing investment properties, building relationships with the brokerage community, evaluating market trends, financial underwriting, asset due-diligence, and managing closing. Mr. Levy started his real estate career in 2016, working as a financial analyst for a mixed-use developer in the Bay Area. He joined MCA Realty, Inc. in 2018 as an acquisitions associate. Mr. Levy earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, (FL) majoring in economics and history, and lives in Carlsbad with his girlfriend and their two dogs.
Mr. Gordon is a Principal at MCA Realty and is accountable for the analysis, underwriting, and capital structure of the investment portfolio. Mr. Gordon is also responsible for all financial, accounting, reporting, legal and tax matters relating to the corporation and its affiliates. Prior to MCA, Mr. Gordon was the Vice President of Investments at Ahva Properties and a senior member of the finance team at Equastone, both opportunistic commercial real estate investment firms headquartered in Southern California.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gordon has played an integral role in the acquisition and financing of over $1 billion and 10 million square feet of value-added office and industrial investments throughout the country. Mr. Gordon is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society of Orange County. Mr. Gordon lives in North Tustin with his wife Melissa and their four children.
Mr. Neiger is an Acquisitions Associate at MCA Realty and is responsible for procuring investments and deploying capital in Industrial Real Estate across the Western United States. In this role, Mr. Neiger is responsible for sourcing investment properties, fostering old and building new broker/investor relationships, evaluating market trends, financial underwriting, asset due-diligence, and closing.
Mr. Neiger started his career in 2020, working as an intern at MCA Realty before being taken on full time as an Acquisitions Analyst. He served as an Acquisitions Analyst for a little less than two years before taking on his current role as an Acquisitions Associate.
Mr. Neiger graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. He resides in Newport Beach and enjoys golfing, surfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Cheng is a Principal at MCA Realty and is responsible for MCA's corporate marketing, investor relations and capital raising efforts. With nearly two decades worth of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Cheng is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Nevada and also holds a property management license in both states. In his time at MCA, Mr. Cheng has been involved in over 6 million SF of transactions totaling over $700 million in volume.
Mr. Cheng is an alumnus of the University of Southern California where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Mr. Cheng lives in Costa Mesa, California and is an avid sports fan who enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Mr. Hanrahan is a Director at MCA Realty and oversees Asset Management for the portfolio. In this role, Mr. Hanrahan is responsible for construction, leasing, operations and dispositions of assets. He has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate and holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license.
Mr. Hanrahan joined MCA Realty in 2015 as an Acquisitions Analyst and has progressed to the role of Director of Asset Management during his tenure. Before joining MCA Realty, Mr. Hanrahan served as an Associate on the Cushman and Wakefield West Coast Capital Markets Team. In that role, he was responsible for underwriting more than 10 million square feet of office and industrial properties, with a combined value exceeding $1 billion.
Mr. Hanrahan resides in Costa Mesa with his wife and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business with an emphasis in Real Estate.
Mr. Chila is an Asset Management Analyst at MCA Realty where he is responsible for financial reporting, managing cash flow, and maximizing NOI.
Prior to joining MCA, he was an intern at Capitale LLC where he was tasked with management roles across their Southern California portfolio.
Mr. Chila graduated from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license. Mr. Chila lives in Newport Beach and enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Mr. Mattox is a Principal at MCA Realty and is responsible for directing the investment related activities including the acquisition, development and disposition of all investments, as well as oversight on the firms asset management. Mr. Mattox has over 33 years of broad based real estate experience and is a California licensed real estate broker.
Prior to MCA Realty, Mr. Mattox was the Principal Owner of Mattox Property Services, an opportunistic real estate investment and development company that identified and acquired underperforming assets. In this role, he managed all facets of the repositioning process, including acquisitions, financial underwriting, debt and equity capitalization and physical due diligence. Prior to the formation of Mattox Property Services, Mr. Mattox was employed by CBRE and during his tenure rose to the level of Senior Vice President, the highest office available to producers at the time of his departure. Mr. Mattox is married with a daughter, and lives in Laguna Niguel, California. In his spare time he enjoys golf, skiing, travel, sporting events and time with family.
