Dr. Malantus Moore

I was born and raised in Memphis, TN, and the son of Larry and Sandra Moore. And, I am the youngest of four siblings. Growing up I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. My father always owned animals and as an adolescent caring for animals was a passion. My childhood pet died in my arms and I was powerless. It was one of the worst feelings in my young life. At that moment, I determined the best way of empowering myself for animals, was to become a veterinarian. I graduated from the Tuskegee School of Veterinarian Medicine in 2010. I later moved to Texas in 2012 and met my wife-to-be in 2012. I enjoy the fickle winter of Texas and hate the scalding summers. I firmly believe the spring and fall seasons are interchangeable. I am an avid movie watcher and a video game nerd. Each and every day working as a veterinarian is a dream come true. The conversations with clients and providing care for pets are inconceivable. I thank God every day for blessing me with the opportunity to not only help animals but also help people.
