As the former President and CEO of 6 corporations-3 publicly held and 3 privately owned-Ed has the in-depth knowledge and understanding of how companies work, how to get beyond the perceived problems and to the real problems and how to develop a problem solving action plan that is practical and that can be effectively and timely implemented. Ed has over 30 years' experience helping businesses deal with under performance, over leverage, inadequate cash flow, weak marketing and needed management and sales training. Ed is a graduate of Purdue University and Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. He is a member of the World President's Organization and former member of the international Young Presidents Organization. Ed has served on the Boards of Monmouth College, Galesburg Cottage Hospital, Indiana State Fair and various industry organizations.
