COLE SCHNORF joined the firm in 1986 and serves as its Chief Operating Office and Director of Development. In this role he has direct oversight for specific projects and oversees the company's operations. During his tenure he has steered the company in its development of over 10 million square feet of speculative office/research and development space, corporate build to suits and industrial space throughout the Baltimore/Washington Corridor.

John Graham - Managing Director

JOHN GRAHAM is a Managing Director and Principal. Prior to joining Manekin LLC, he was the managing member of Claverhouse Advisors, LLC, a real estate consulting firm which focused on real estate operations, investment, and capital formation. Claverhouse clients included Goldman Sachs/Whitehall Fund, Archon Group, Deloitte Touche, WP Commercial, Manekin LLC, MRP Realty and Blue Obrecht. Mr. Graham also served as the Washington, DC Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust and as president and founding partner of NPV/Direct Invest, a real estate securities syndication and operating company in partnership with Lehman Brothers. Prior to that he was a senior Vice President and General Manager of Emmes Realty Services, a New York based Real Estate Investment Company where he ran Mid-Atlantic operations. Mr. Graham serves on the Advisory Board for the Bolte School of Business, Mount Saint Mary's University. He holds an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary's University where he teaches in the MBA program. He is also the President of The Maryland Rugby Foundation.

Richard Alter - CEO, President

RICHARD ALTER joined the firm in 1971 and was named President in 1987. He oversees all corporate operations, with primary focus on the development department he created in the 1970's to complement the firm's other business lines.
