Jeanne M. Rizzo

Jeanne has over twenty years of successful experience owning and managing MBA, Inc. The business has grown exponentially over the years and is a well-known, trusted business for many providers in the local community and beyond. Jeanne has successfully transformed practices with all types of providers from primary care and specialists to behavioral health and physical therapy. She provides leadership, direction and administration to ensure the goals and objectives of the business are met. She studied Business Administration at Siena College and practiced as an Accountant for six years before opening her business. Jeanne is a member of the National and New York State MGMA. Currently she serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the NYS MGMA. She has also served on the board of the American Cancer Society and the Glens Falls Y.M.C.A. Jeanne is a current member of the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators and a member of Obstetrics & Gynecology Administrators. Her strengths include, but are not limited to, operations, financial and personnel management, strategic planning, compliance and all aspects of billing and revenue cycle management. She is currently involved in the Patient Centered Medical Home and Enhanced Primary Care Programs. In addition she is currently assisting several practices with EMR implementation. Jeanne brings a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience to all aspects of practice management.

Lori O'Neil

Lori has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field focusing on medical reimbursement, coding, and billing. Lori worked in the physician office setting until assuming her role as the Operations Manager at Medical Business Associates. She currently oversees the day to day operations of MBA's billing service and provides coding services for Primary Care, ENT, Urology and OBGYN providers. Lori served as a Medicare Education and Delivery Counselor through Binghamton's Upstate Medicare Division until its dissolution. She has also worked as an instructor for the Saratoga BOCES Continuing Education department where she wrote the curriculum and taught "Introduction to Medical Billing and Coding." Her areas of expertise include E&M coding and auditing, procedural coding, accounts receivable management and physician office and outpatient billing and collections. Lori obtained her CPC coding certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders and is currently an active member of the AAPC, NY State and National MGMA, and the Healthcare Billing and Management Association.
