Daniel is a well-rounded professional and one of our actuarial specialists at McGing. A former mathematics and history teacher with a Master's Degree in Actuarial Studies, Daniel brings enthusiasm and determination to his work as he strives to be an expert in everything actuarial and consulting. Daniel's prior experience in insurance claims, broking and underwriting environments make him a knowledgeable analyst. Combining this with his communication and presentation skillset developed from teaching, Daniel adds a dynamic and versatile flavour to our team from which clients and colleagues all benefit.
Nathan is a motivated professional with a passion for growing and learning as one of our actuarial analysts. He is a masters graduate with a comprehensive understanding of actuarial theory and implementation with a passion for applying knowledge in a practical setting. Nathan is hard-working and disciplined analyst with a commitment to finding the best possible outcomes for McGing's clients.

Sankarshan is an actuarial analyst who brings his previous consulting experience and strong modelling capabilities to add value for clients. Driven by his passion for the actuarial field, he takes pride in delivering the best outcome for the client in a clear and concise manner. Sankarshan is a highly enthusiastic and motivated individual who provides a unique viewpoint, adding to the knowledge diversity here at McGing.
Over the past 40 years, Sean has built a strong commercial and personal reputation for insight and thorough analysis in financial services and risk management. Sean brings integrity, honesty, commitment, respect for people and teamwork to the professional relationships he builds.
Sean leverages his previous consulting experience as a partner at Ernst & Young, and founder of Askit Consulting across a range of clients. Sean has built a reputation as advisor to superannuation trustee and wealth management boards for the past 20 years. He has been Chair and long-term board member of Siena College and is a past member of the Actuaries Institute Risk Management Practice Committee.
Sean has been Deputy Chair of the ASFA Victorian Executive and also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).
