Vice President of Business Development. Charlie joined the MRS Team in 2017 as Vice President of Business Development. He is responsible for expanding the MRS national footprint, oversight of business financials and administration. Charlie has held a variety of positions with many national big box department stores specializing in retail operations and facilities. Prior to starting his career in retail, Charlie served 8 years in the US Air Force.

Vice President of Operations. Geoff joined the MRS Team in 2016 as the Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for project development, strategic planning and the coordination and management of all field teams. Geoff has held several positions within retail Distribution and Stores facilities maintenance. Prior to starting his career in facilities, Geoff served over 24 yrs in the US Navy.
Manager Special Projects. George joined the MRS team in 2016 as Manager of Special Projects. George had previously been with Kohl's Department Stores as a Construction Manager where he oversaw new construction of warehouse, distribution centers, new stores and additions, as well as remodels of existing stores. George landed there after retiring from active duty with the US Air Force where he proudly served as a Base Engineer in locations around the world.

National Accounts Manager. Jeremy joined the MRS Team in 2017 as National Accounts Manager. He is responsible for providing customer service oversight, project review and estimating, logistical planning and field team support. Jeremy has extensive experience in project management and landscaping design. Jeremy graduated from Williamson College of the Trades in 2006.
Kevin grew up in the construction industry. He is a third-generation contractor, and now leads the business his Grandfather started in Houston in 1952. Kevin wanted to expand his then local business in 1987 and opened Painter Ready in Nashville, TN. Within six years he had guided the once local business to one with a national presence. He added Maintenance Retail Services as a Division to Painter Ready to better communicate to our clients and potential clients our full-service construction capabilities.
