Christopher Carmichael - CEO, Founder

Before founding CBT Chris worked as the senior systems analyst for a large resort in California. He oversaw the implementation and management of a companywide CRM system which linked together hundreds of point of sale systems, multiple websites, 5 hotels and multiple databases. This was one of the first true customer relationship management systems that accessed and tracked guests activities resort wide and off properties. In addition he oversaw the resort corporate network which encompassed the usual enterprise level services (Email, databases, financial software, HR software etc…). Prior to that Chris ran a small computer repair business while attending college.

Sarah Carmichael - CFO, Founder

Before joining CBT Sarah worked as a sales manager for a large resort in California. She was responsible for training and oversight of 20-30 agents in the call center, ensured all tasks and goals were being met and customers were happy. Also responsible for classroom based training of 15+ employees per cycle in reservations and sales systems. Sarah is dedicated to bringing individuals and organizations to the next phase of growth and development. Diligent and motivated to improve processes, streamline operation while creating a friendly relationship.

Tony Bright

Tony got a late start on his professional life which left him with strong focus and commitment to achieving his goals rapidly. He employs discipline and a very motivated attitude to achieve this and has grown rapidly in this profession. After finishing college with technical certificates in networking, security, hardware and IT systems. He later gained certifications for Dell, Lenovo, HP and Lexmark hardware service as well as becoming an Acronis certified backup engineer. Since joining CBT as a junior tech Tony has worked his way up the ranks to become our VP of operations. He landed there because in addition to his strong technical knowledge his discipline and attention to detail make him an asset in management as well as the technical side.
