Elaine O'Sullivan

Elaine qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and works primarily in immigration law, judicial review and surrogacy law. She holds an LLB in Law and European Studies, and an LLM in Human Rights in the Criminal Justice System, both from the University of Limerick. Elaine has been practising as a solicitor with the Firm since 2018 Elaine's interests outside work include music and anything creative. She also enjoys cooking and keeping the office plants alive.

Eoghan McMahon

Eoghan qualified as a solicitor in 2018 having trained in the Galway office of a large litigation practice. As part of his training he spent time in NUI Galway on secondment as a litigation and employment law specialist. On qualification he completed a year in corporate and commercial practice in one of Ireland's leading commercial firms before joining the Firm. Eoghan specialises in immigration law, administrative judicial review and civil litigation. Eoghan's interests outside of the office include music, reading and running. He still talks about that one half marathon he did 5 years ago. Eoghan is a regular volunteer with FLAC.

Gerard Dunne

Gerard (Gerry) qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and worked in Dublin, Limerick and Cork before establishing the practice with Brian McGrane in 1999. He advises on immigration law, commercial work, and general litigation. He has developed a specialty assisting immigrant investors obtain residency following donations to Irish charities (through the IIP) and commercial investments. Gerry lectures on the Law Society certificate course in immigration law and practice, and heads up the Immigration team at McGrath Mullan LLP. Gerry is a former international distance runner. He is a level 2 coach with Athletics Ireland and coaches young athletes in DSD Athletic Club. He is also on the board of the women's mini marathon, the largest sports participation event in Ireland. Gerard (Gerry) received a BCL Hons from UCD in 1984 and was admitted onto the Roll of Solicitors at Easter 1988. He initially worked for over 10 years in the legal department of Zurich Insurance before establishing the very successful practice of O'Brien Dunne Solicitors in 2002 and continuing to work there as a Partner until 2022. In April 2022, the Firm was delighted to welcome Gerry Dunne as a Consultant. Gerry brings with him a wealth of experience, particularly in personal injury and general litigation, having worked for over 30 years in these areas between the insurance industry and private practice. Gerry's significant expertise also includes employment law, contract disputes and inquests. His focus is always on providing sound legal advice and bringing each case to a conclusion as quickly as possible and in the client's best interests.

Hannah Clinton

Hannah qualified as a Solicitor in 2017. Hannah has gained extensive experience in many areas of the law having worked in two general practice firms before joining the Firm. Hannah now specialises in Conveyancing and Civil Litigation. Hannah is a regular volunteer with FLAC and her interests outside the office include reading and exercise; in particular kickboxing and weight training. Hannah is no stranger to an obstacle having successfully completed the Tough Mudder event, which she describes as being one of her most gruelling experiences yet.

Julie Mullan

Julie qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and specialises in conveyancing, commercial lending, probate and employment law. She holds a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland and leads the Employment Law team at McGrath Mullan LLP in regularly advising employers and employees. Julie gained 7 years' experience working in a general practice law firm before starting work with the practice in 2006, and becoming a partner in 2018. Julie is a mentor on the Law Society's Women in Leadership Mentoring Programme and is a member of the Dublin Solicitor's Bar Association. Julie is a one-time marathon runner and her other interests include reading, sailing and powerlifting.

Naoise Duffy

Naoise qualified as a solicitor in 2021 having trained with one of Ireland's largest corporate law firms. She first worked with the Firm as a legal assistant in immigration law, and later re-joined the Firm as a solicitor in 2022, now specialising in immigration law, judicial review and surrogacy law. She holds a BCL in Law and English from Maynooth University. Naoise's interests outside of the office include swimming, art, reading, looking after her tortoise and travelling. In 2018 she combined these last two interests when she visited the Galapagos Islands and encountered their famous giant tortoises.

Taise Azevedo - Founder

Taise Azevedo is a qualified lawyer in Brazil since 2017, in Portugal since 2020, in Ireland since 2021 and in England and Wales since 2023. Taise began her career with the firm as a legal assistant and now practices with the firm as a solicitor. Taise is also the co-founder of a mentorship programme that assists other Brazilian lawyers to practise in Ireland and Europe (Passaporte Jurídico).
