Byron Wilson

Byron Wilson is a partner at Manhattan Atlantic Capital. His background includes healthcare investment banking and private equity. Prior to joining Manhattan Atlantic Capital, Byron was one of the Directors at Putnam Private Equity, a mid-cap private equity firm. He is a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University College London(UCL) where he lectures on the Masters in Finance & Infrastructure Program and an Assistant Professor of Corporate Finance at Coventry University. Byron was a Vice President at Clairfield Partners, a boutique investment bank, where he advised various medical technology, pharmaceutical and biotech firms on mergers, acquisitions and balance sheet restructuring. Byron graduated with a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He also graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a Master of Public Administration (Concentration: Economics and Public Policy) and obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge

Luis Fernando Prudencio Velasco

Luis Fernando Prudencio Velasco is an operating partner at Manhattan Atlantic Capital LLC. Prior to joining Manhattan Atlantic Capital, Luis served as Chief Financial Officer for Philips Healthcare LatAm, part of a Dutch multinational with over $US30b in revenues for FY 2011, where he led both the acquisition and integration of healthcare companies such as ATL, ADAC, Agilent and Marconi, resulting in $US6.25m in cost savings. Luis was also turned around PMS Brazil's 1999 results from a net loss of US$ 4.8 million to a net profit of US$ 3.1 million by implementing a cost reduction program. He also improved cash-flow performance by improving management of the net operating capital in the LatAm region by quicker collection of receivables. Luis introduced EVA as a key performance measure and bonus parameter for the company and identified those segments of the business that create value and others that destroy value. Furthermore, he restructured the debtor's portfolio in Colombia and Ecuador, having also restructured the former Marconi Debtor portfolio, mainly in Brazil, Argentina and Colombia.

Prior to MAC, Peter served as Regional Director for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa ( EMA) at Beckton & Dickinson, a global medical technology company that is advancing the world of health by improving medical discovery, diagnostics and the delivery of care.

Tolu Osekita

Tolu Osekita is a MAC Advisor. He is a member of MAC's investment committee. Prior to MAC, Tolu served as Chief Investment Officer for Nottingham City Council Pension Fund, a UK pension fund with $6b in assets under management. Tolu also leads Network Rail's strategy to expand third party investment into the railway. He is a chartered accountant, was educated at both Oxford and Cranfield universities and named in the 40 under 40 Chief Investment Officers globally in 2014.

Wanderley Rezende

Winston Osuchukwu

WINSTON OSUCHUKWU is a MAC Operating Partner Prior to joining MAC, Winston was the group head at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated, a pan- African enterprise with US$200 Million Assets Under Management as of 2011. In addition to his group responsibilities, Winston spearhead Ecobank's acquisition of Oceanic Bank, Plc in 2011. Winston has also held positions with Access Investments, Afrinvest, Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan. He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and BBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
