Amanda has been with the company since 2018. She received a master's degree in community and school health from Canisius College and a bachelor's degree in health promotion and education from Daemen University. She oversees logistics, vendor relations, health and safety and sits on the board of directors.
During her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time at Silver Lake, traveling and visiting with family and friends.

Ann received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Bryant & Stratton College has been with Marathon Roofing since 2013. She is the company's accounting manager and is responsible for human resources, accounts receivable/payable and payroll.
During her free time, Ann enjoys gardening, crafting and travel.

Chris graduated from Niagara University in 2019 with his MBA in Strategic Marketing as well as his bachelor's degree in Communication Studies prior. Chris started with Marathon in 2023 and is looking forward to expanding all our marketing initiatives that include social media, newsletters, e-mail campaigns, website management, events and much more. Prior to Marathon Chris has experience working in higher education and recruitment/onsite management.
Outside of work Chris enjoys playing volleyball, kickball and basketball recreationally throughout the week. He resides in North Buffalo and can be found hanging with friends and cheering on the Bills during the football season!

Jacob has been with the company since 2006. He received a bachelor's degree in business management from Kent State University and worked extensively in that region as an outside salesperson while still in college. During that time, he was able to get a full scope of how the business works, including international business within the European market. After college, he started in the warehouse and worked his way up to national sales manager where he worked with distributors, contractors and specifiers. In 2022, he was elected to the board of directors. In his current role, Jacob is responsible for product development, sales growth, customer retention and portfolio management.
Outside of work, Jacob is a volunteer firefighter and EMT. In his spare time, he enjoys time outdoors, drag racing motorcycles and traveling the world.
Josh is a graduate of Buffalo State College and received a bachelor's degree in journalism 2008. He began working for The Marathon Companies in 2005 while still attending college. In 2014, he was promoted to warehouse manager and has helped expand the company's workforce within the warehouse, including a 10,000-square-foot expansion of the facility itself.
During his free time, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors and golfing.

A graduate of The State University of New York at Fredonia with a degree in Criminal Justice. Matt began working for The Marathon Companies 2018. He started in the warehouse prepping orders, stocking inventory, and operating and maintaining equipment to move products from one location to the next. During that time, he gained product knowledge that has helped him succeed in his current role of inside sales/paver specialist. Some of his responsibilities include working with customers on orders and quotes, following up on leads, and keeping up to date with product and service information.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys playing his bass guitar and drums, going to concerts, spending time outdoors and cheering on the Buffalo Bills - Go Bills!

Roberta began working for The Marathon Companies in 2022. As accounting clerk, her responsibilities include supporting the accounting manager and sales staff. Prior to working at Marathon, she had a diverse career in both the legal and manufacturing industries.
During her free time, she enjoys gardening, fusing glass and spending time with her dogs, Mia and Roscoe.
A graduate of the University at Buffalo with a bachelor's degree in business administration and also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course, Tim began working for Marathon Roofing in 1997. With 34 years of roofing industry experience, he started with the company in sales and customer service. Today, Tim is the Sales/Marketing Manager for Marathon Roofing Products and is responsible for managing the sales department, overseeing all customer programs and Marathon's Independent Representatives.
During his spare time, Tim enjoys coaching his daughter's softball team, playing golf, camping, playing corn hole and spending time with family, friends and his yellow lab, Woodstock. Like most Western New Yorkers, Tim's an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills, Sabres and Bandits.

A graduate of Buffalo State College with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a concentration in marketing, Tod began working for Marathon Roofing in 1988. He started in sales, working his way up to sales manager and eventually general manager under previous owner Doug Rowan. In January 2006, Tod purchased the company and moved it to a new facility in Orchard Park NY. Shortly after, he founded his second company, MRP Supports, which provides high quality paver support products through its distributor network.
In addition to being active in all aspects of the business, Tod participates in many trade shows annually and is involved in other organizations, like ANSI/SPRI to write the national standard for RD1 retrofit drains. He is also a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Management's Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
Tod resides in Hamburg with his wife, Tina, and their children Jake and Amanda also work for the Marathon Companies. During his free time, Tod enjoys traveling, spending time at the lake, playing golf, watching local sports, and visiting with his grandchildren, Gianna and Luca.
