Cindy McKim is McKim Design Group's Office Manager. More details to come! Mr. McKim has over 21 years of experience in all phases and types of projects. His roles in addition to that of principal of the firm encompass project development including feasibility studies, programming, master planning, design, and construction administration. His responsibilities included fee development, building design, project management, public presentation, and cost estimating. Mr. McKim has experience working in most bay area cities and working with California regulatory agencies such as the Office of Public School Construction (OPSC), the Division of the State Architect (DSA), and others including CDE, DTSC, and the Health Department.

Emeline Oliveri

An outstanding communicator with enduring client relationships and excellent interpersonal skills, Mrs. Oliveri is a proven leader of architectural programming efforts and conceptualization within the K-12 design team. Her background in Art History allows a unique perspective on design and lends to her skills in interior design and space planning. Mrs. Oliveri's tenure - extending back to 2004 - with McKim Design Group has honed her knowledge of building construction and detailing across a wide range of educational and residential projects and reinforced her position as a cardinal team member for K-12 construction administration.

Kirk S. McKim

A proven leader with a dynamic career in Architecture spanning over 30 years, Mr. McKim has extensive experience in California with a very diverse clientele and project portfolio. His background working for a large firm specializing in health-care and amusement park projects as well as his private sector experience at a small firm allowed Mr. McKim to assist in opening a local office for a major national firm. Eventually, Mr. McKim missed the hands-on day-to-day interaction with clients and time spent in the practice of architecture that only a small firm can provide. Thus, in 1996 he opened McKim Design Group, a general practice firm focused on complete project management from start to finish with principal involvement throughout all phases of every project.

Todd Walter

Mr. Walter has 30 years of experience in all aspects of educational design including programming, feasibility studies, master planning, design, cost-estimating and construction administration. He has also led many community programming sessions and presentations over his career. Mr. Walter has experience working with many of the state agencies that govern K-12 facilities including Division of the State Architect (DSA), Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) and others including CDE, DTSC and the Health Department.
