Abraham Hernandez is notably among the most experienced of Commercial Painting Project Managers in Houston, TX. When joining Maxicorp Painting Services in 2007, Mr. Hernandez added excellent upper-level commercial painting management expertise.
Previous Experience
Mr. Hernandez managed the painting projects for many of Houston's most recognizable landmarks. Some of these are:
Jay has been overseeing all of the Maxicorp Building Engineering and Maintenance properties since 1987. This includes office buildings, shopping centers, industrial parks and medical facilities.
He has supervised up to 15 engineers in addition to security and janitorial personnel.

As an attorney, Kevin C. King has been able to address legal concerns and handle complex negotiations on behalf of major corporations and financial institutions.
Mr. King has been an often-featured author and lecturer for domestic and international industry conferences and publications.
Lee Ball purchased the Maxicorp Properties division of The Maxicorp Companies in 2004. Mr. Ball has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry and also has an in-depth financial background.
Mr. Ball is a court-appointed broker for U.S. Bankruptcy Trustees. He is recognized as an expert witness in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District.
Lee also holds a Real Estate Broker License from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
