Barbara K. Letcher was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was raised in Pittsburgh and Chillicothe, Ohio. James S. Mowery

Biography James S. Mowery, Jr . (Partner), was born in Circleville, Ohio, and has resided in Upper Arlington, Columbus, Ohio, since early 1973. He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University, B.A., and received his J.D. from Capital University Law School where he was a member of the Capital University Law Review and was selected as a Member of Curia. He also attended Harvard University. Mr. Mowery has focused his practice in two primary areas, employment and labor law, as well as family law. Professionally, Mr. Mowery was selected by his peers to be rated AV for high integrity, skill and professionalism, the highest rating for Martindale-Hubbell bestowed by peers. Ms. Galeano received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Toledo and her J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law, where she was the recipient of the DeArce Koch Scholarship. Ms. Galeano was formerly the judicial clerk for the Presiding Judge of the Third District Court of Appeals. She concentrates her private practice in the areas of general civil litigation, employment discrimination law, labor law litigation, and domestic relations law. Biography Spencer M. Youell (Partner), was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was raised in Houston, Texas. He graduated from the University of Houston with B.B.A. and J.D. degrees. Mr. Youell began practicing law in 1966 and came to Columbus, Ohio in 1973. He formerly was an attorney with the National Labor Relations Board and Corporate Labor Counsel at Borden, Inc.
