Christine Kania is the Chief Financial Officer at Quest Windows. During her tenured career, Christine has been recognized for success in delivering exceptional results in complex and challenging business environments. Christine excels at implementing strategic transformation initiatives to improve structure and processes to build sustainable profitable growth always with an emphasis on people and leadership . Christine is a CPA, and prior to Quest she has held CFO and finance executive positions at large public companies.
Jody leads the team with 20+ years in the company, and responsible for all aspects of both Manufacturing plants, as well as Advanced Window based in the DC Area and Window Installation Specialists in Seattle, Washington. In addition, he is key part of the Sales team's efforts across North America. He played a key role in the development of the Quest Ecowall system as well as ongoing leadership of the product development team.

Kaan has oversight over our two manufacturing facilities in Mississauga and Garland. He comes to us most recently from Permasteelisa Group where he spent the past 20 years where he held the position of GM Thailand and Asia Production Director supervising 3 total plants, Global Architectural. Kaan holds his Bachelors of Architecture from the International American University in Turkey.
Robert Buckingham is our Executive Vice President who has extensive experience in Operational Excellence, organizational transformation and leadership development. Robert spent 10 years as an officer in the Canadian Army and 4 years with a global big-four consulting firm. He is responsible for our organizational governance and leads our strategic initiatives that enables Quest Windows to continue to be an agile and ambitious industry leader
